Court Duty Leave. A. The Board allows for personnel to serve as juror or witness when summoned by the courts, or by an authority authorized to issue subpoenas under existing law. Employees serving on court duty will be assigned Court Duty leave. Employees shall receive court fees in addition to regular pay.
