COVID DAYSWithin thirty (30) workdays after a fully vaccinated (Pfizer, Moderna, or Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx) active member submits proof of vaccination and proper test results to Human Resources and prior to any determination of Unrestricted Absence days earned as outlined in Section 4.05 up to five (5) sick days shall be reinstated for members that have tested positive for any COVID infection, variant or subvariant. The payment of the Board-approved emergency COVID-19 sick leave shall be for the member’s own illness due to COVID-19 and does not apply to COVID-19 absences due to a family member’s illness or quarantine.
COVID DAYS. At the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year, the School Corporation held eight (8) days of teacher remote teaching training. For each training day worked by the teacher beyond 5 training days, the teacher received a personal COVID day up to a maximum of three (3) days. Any COVID days earned by a teacher under this provision may be used for any personal business of the teacher (the reason does not have to be COVID related) and the days may be carried over and are not counted as part of accumulated or lost personal leave days. . *The parties have not bargained what duties are ancillary.   • Days Unless specified otherwise, any period of days mandated under a Note or this Revenue Sharing Agreement shall be determined by reference to calendar days, not business days, except that any payments, notices, or other performance falling due on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal government holiday shall be considered timely if paid, given, or performed on the next succeeding business day.

  • Non-Business Days If an Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, that Interest Period will instead end on the next Business Day in that calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).
