Non-Business Days If an Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, that Interest Period will instead end on the next Business Day in that calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).
Business Days If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday in the state in which the Company’s chief executive office is located, the time period shall be automatically extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
Snow Days If an employee after good faith efforts is unable to report to work for their scheduled duty period because of weather conditions, and if a disaster due to weather is declared by the governor or the Grand Traverse County Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, the employee at the employee's option may take a day's leave without pay or work on a pass day to make up the loss day, or may utilize an accumulated sick leave day or vacation day.
Payment on Non-Business Days Whenever any payment to be made shall be due on a day which is not a Business Day, such payment may be due on the next succeeding Business Day.
Pay Days (a) Pay periods shall be bi-weekly. The Employer will provide each employee with an itemized statement. (b) Upon termination, an employee will be paid her final pay and her vacation pay on the regular pay day.
Working Days Without prejudice to clause 9.1, where the Authority funds the delivery of this Contract using European Social Fund (ESF) funds or in its role as a Co-financing Organisation uses this contract as a match for ESF provision, either at the outset of the contract or at any point during the life of the contract, the Contractor and any Sub-contractors appointed by it shall be bound by the corresponding additional requirements detailed within relevant Contractor Guidance, including the maintaining of records until at least 31 December 2023.
consecutive days The Employer may switch scheduled days off to accommodate an emergency situation provided the switch is mutually agreed with the employees affected.
Sick Days All employees shall be entitled to two (2) paid sick days each calendar year, upon completion of six (6) months of employment with the Employer. Employees are entitled to one additional paid sick day for each completed five (5) year term of service with the Employer, to a maximum annual entitlement of five (5) paid sick days. Pay for sick days is equal to eight (8) hours at an employee’s regular hourly rate of pay. Sick days cannot be carried over or paid out if not used within the calendar year.
Work Days The work day shall consist of an assigned shift within twenty-four (24) consecutive hours commencing at 12:01 a.m.
