Curriculum Services. Definition of the Service The Curriculum shall meet the range of assessed learning needs of Young People within the YOI environment and progress their skills and understanding in subject areas relevant to those needs. The Curriculum should prepare Young People for continuing education, work and/or training opportunities once resettled into their communities. Education opportunities are to be made available to each Young Person throughout their time in custody. English, mathematics and computing are to form core components of the Curriculum offered by the Contractor. PE and work experience opportunities shall also form part of the Core Day. Outcomes The Contractor shall provide the Curriculum to ensure that Young People are: (a) engaged with education and that both their needs and aspirations are met; (b) supported to overcome identified barriers to learning; (c) able to achieve their academic potential and progress along a pathway to future learning and/or work; and (d) supported to successfully resettle into their communities and to desist from offending. Service Elements in Scope The Curriculum Services provided by the Contractor shall include: (a) the design, planning and delivery of an education Curriculum and its continual review to ensure its appropriateness in meeting Young People's needs; (b) delivery of the Curriculum (except out of scope services) through appropriate teaching models in order to engage the widest number of Young People and to meet learners' needs and learning aims as recorded in the relevant Personalised Learning and Skills Plans; (c) delivery of appropriate Educational Interventions designed to address identified educational issues; (d) delivery of appropriate provision to meet a Young Person's assessed SEN; (e) the review of Personalised Learning and Skills Plans to ensure that Young People's learning needs are being addressed and that their learning objectives remain appropriate; (f) the design and delivery of educational support services; and (g) sharing information with other YOI staff relevant to remand and sentence planning processes in line with YOI policies, procedures and staff responsibilities for managing self-harm (ACCT), safety risks (SIR), and the wider behaviour management (MMPR, IEP and adjudications) and case management of Young People in a custodial environment. Outcomes The Staffing Services provided by the Contractor shall enable Young People to: (a) engage with education; (b) progress according to their Personalised Learning and Skills Plan; and (c) achieve their learning goals due to the commitment and support of qualified members of the Contractor's Staff. Service Elements in Scope The Staffing Services provided by the Contractor shall include: (a) implementing Contractor systems for staff selection, recruitment, training (including familiarisation with the custodial environment), qualifications, supervision, progression and performance management; and (b) sharing information with other YOI staff relevant to remand and sentence planning processes in line with YOI policies, procedures and staff responsibilities for managing self-harm (ACCT), safety risks (SIR), and the wider behaviour management (adjudications, IEP, MMPR and Restorative Justice frameworks) and case management of Young People in a custodial environment. Curriculum Services. 6.1 University is responsible for all educational content provided in Course Materials and Courses. In collaboration with the University’s faculty, Provider will assist with the Program and Course design by providing curricular assistance and recommendations with respect to content and techniques that make use of the available technologies and methods embodied in the Platform in order to endeavor to meet the needs of University’s students and Programs. Provider may also provide other related support as necessary and as agreed by the Parties. 6.2 University will determine the selection of Programs to be offered and will provide faculty and content experts to determine the material to be covered in the Courses. 6.3 University-designated faculty will work with Provider to identify and license academic resources relevant to the Programs and Courses.

Related to Curriculum Services

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary. b) Program Member acknowledges that the Program Services are services that are not covered services under any insurance contract to which Program Member may be a party, including, without limitation, Medicare, and are not reimbursable by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or any governmental entity, including Medicare. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any xxxx, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Dining Services The Contract is for a space in a University Housing & Dining Services (“UHDS”) facility and not for a particular room or type of housing. By signing this Contract, you agree to accept your residence assignment, and understand this assignment may change. Once you receive a key to your assigned residence or move personal belongings into your room (whichever comes first) you are considered to have taken occupancy (“Occupancy”) and will incur charges. You also agree to familiarize yourself and comply with all University policies governing occupancy, including those set forth in this Contract and in the UHDS publication Student Policy and Information Guide, to be considerate of other residents and to respect the rights of others at all times. The Student Policy and Information Guide may be found at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx/policy-guide, as well as in paper form when requested at the University Housing & Dining Services Administrative Offices.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.
