  • INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of such Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas. The Promoter shall endeavour that the committee responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Common Areas will be required to provide manpower for maintaining the Common Areas, wherever required, and to collect maintenance charges and also guest charges and the user charges for the utilities being provided on “pay by use” basis, if any. The maintenance and management of Common Areas by the committee will primarily include but not limited to maintenance of water works, common electrical installations, DG Sets, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, lobbies, lifts and staircases, AMC’s etc. It will also include safety and security of the Project such as fire detection and protection and management of general security control of the Project. The Rules/ Bye Laws to regulate the use and maintenance of the Common Areas shall during the interim maintenance period shall be framed by the Promoter with such restrictions as may be necessary for proper maintenance and all the Allottees are bound to follow the same. After the Common Areas of the Project are handed over to the Association, the Association may adopt the Rules and the Bye laws framed by the Promoter, with or without amendments, as may be deemed necessary by the Association.

  • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour. Effective January 1, 2005, for employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of one dollar ($1) per hour. Overtime shall not be calculated on the shift differential nor shall the shift differential be paid for paid absence from duty such as vacations, general holidays, etc.

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Hardware Maintenance Hardware Purchased from NCR Voyix or a Reseller is eligible for coverage under NCR Voyix’s Hardware Maintenance Policy for an additional monthly fee, provided however, that some restrictions apply. Subscribed Hardware includes Hardware Maintenance at no additional charge, subject to timely payment of all fees. Provided that you are current on your payment obligations and otherwise in compliance with this Agreement, your Hardware Maintenance includes remote maintenance services and support via telephone, email or live text or chat on the terms stated at the Account Portal (you acknowledge that third-party message and data rates may apply).   • Maintenance Charges 6.1 The maintenance services for the Said Plot / Said Complex/Said Building, as set out in Annexure T-IV to this Lease Deed, shall be provided by THE LESSOR or its nominees/ assigns, the estimated Maintenance Charges for which shall be calculated prorata of the super built up area of the Demised Premises to the total super built-up area of the Property. 6.2 The Maintenance Charges for such maintenance services shall be paid to THE LESSOR or its nominees/ assigns, in advance for each month, as per the xxxx(s)/ invoice(s) raised by THE LESSOR or its nominees/ assigns. 6.3 The Maintenance Charges shall be subject to deduction of Income Tax at source as applicable, from time to time. 6.4 Any other taxes/ duties/ charges/ cesses / levy(ies) etc. as applicable from time to time on Maintenance Charges including service tax shall be payable by THE LESSEE in addition to the Maintenance Charges mentioned hereinabove as and when demanded by THE LESSOR. 6.5 The Maintenance Charges shall be payable by the Due Date, in advance for each month in respect of which such Maintenance Charges would be payable. 6.6 The Maintenance Charges as specified in this Lease Deed are subject to increase of prices of diesel, gas, petroleum products and other consumables, electricity rates, taxes, wages and salaries, cost of annual maintenance contracts of lifts, DGs, HVAC supplies, transformers, panels etc. during the Lease Term and the Lease Renewal Term (if any). 6.7 After completion of a financial year (i.e. from 1st April of a calendar year to 31st March of the next calendar year), THE LESSOR or its nominees / assigns will provide THE LESSEE, within a reasonable time period, a third party auditor certificate of expenditure/ expenses towards maintenance charges incurred during such financial year. Any under-recovery by THE LESSOR or its nominees/assigns shall become payable by THE LESSEE to THE LESSOR or its nominees/assigns and any over-recovery by THE LESSOR or its nominees/assigns shall become refundable by THE LESSOR/ or its nominees/assigns to THE LESSEE. Any such payment by refund to THE LESSEE shall be without any interest and such payment shall be payable by either party within thirty (30) days of providing such third party auditor certificate and issuance of credit/ debit note (as applicable).

  • Maintenance Employees The normal hours of work for full-time Maintenance employees are 72 ½ hours over a two (2) week period, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • Unscheduled Maintenance Unscheduled maintenance may be required to resolve issues that are critical for Customer and/or performance of the Cloud Services. Druva will use its commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer at least six (6) hours prior to the unscheduled maintenance.
