Customer Category. Contracting Parties and End Users are categorized taking into consideration the Information Usage they carry out with the Licensed Data. These are described in Annex 4. Any company with the necessary legal and technical capacity to provide a third party with access to BMEMD Data. Consequently, a Data Provider may be a company that has signed a Data Distribution Agreement with BMEMD, the Contracting Party with regard to the Beneficiary Companies, and/or the Beneficiary Companies with regard to the Contracting Party and/or one or several Beneficiary Companies. BMEMD Data from whose generation have elapsed at leastmade available fifteen (15) minutes after publication.
Customer Category. Contracting Parties and End Users are categorized taking into consideration the Information Usage they carry out with the Licensed Data. These are described in Annex 4. Any company with the necessary legal and technical capacity to provide a third party with access to BMEMD Data. Consequently, a Data Provider may be a company that has signed a Data Distribution Agreement with BMEMD, the Contracting Party with regard to the Beneficiary Companies, and/or the Beneficiary Companies with regard to the Contracting Party and/or one or several Beneficiary Companies. BMEMD Data made available fifteen (15) minutes after publication. Technical platform, computer system, distribution application, information service, or other device or instrument of any kind, which can access, receive, display, and/or process data in whole or in part. It is utilised by the Contracting Party to access, use, and/or re-distribute BMEMD Data, and enables the users to utilise such data. The usage of the Licensed Data by the Contracting Party for the purposes of using it through the support of a monitor or a screen and that is human readable. User of the Licensed Data that accesses it for its own usage and is not entitled to re-distribute it under any circumstances. Binding statement made by the Contracting Party or any of the Beneficiary Companies on the Licensed Data usage by each one of a Clients’ Internal Users, in respect of each of the Information Products licensed. Selection of data contents commercialised by BMEMD pursuant to this Agreement and specified as such in the Information Products Catalogue. Internal Use by (a) the Contracting Party, (b) a Beneficiary Company, (c) the Beneficiary Companies, (d) the Contracting Party’s Group, (e) one of the Clients of the Contracting Party or (f) a third party, shall be deemed the usage carried out, respectively, by the companies referred to before, their employees, directors, legal representatives and its technical equipments and tools when this usage does not entail its re-distribution outside the scope of the referred company. User that only makes Internal Use pursuant to this Agreement. Any BMEMD Data which the Contracting Party has a licence to use pursuant to this Agreement under the terms and conditions contained hereto. Market Data includes the details set out in Annex I of RTS 1 and Annex I and Xxxxx XX of RTS 2. Any company deemed member of any of the BME Group Trading Venue pursuant to the current regulation.
Customer Category. For the purpose of charging fees, Contracting Parties of Deutsche Börse AG are placed into categories for the respective Usage Types based on their Information Usage or their customer characteristics. These are called Customer Categories. The Customer Categories are explained in greater detail in the Price List. Information which is available for use with a time delay of at least 15 minutes after its creation. Any terminal, application, platform and/or other system or device capable of accessing, receiving, processing, displaying and/or otherwise using the Information. Each set of login credentials (e.g. Access ID) that enables a Device access to the Information, is regarded as one Device. If a Device has the ability to access the Information multiple times simultaneously, each instance, i.e. each simultaneous access possible, should be counted as a Device Version 4_0 Quotes, prices, turnover figures, indices and other data marketed by Deutsche Börse AG, which are sourced by the Contracting Party either directly or indirectly. As Information is deemed also data derived therefrom, from which (i) the originally quotes, prices, turnover figures, indices or other data marketed by Deutsche Börse AG can be determined through calculation or automated processes and/or (ii) the alteration is formed in a way that the derived data can be used instead of the originally by the Deutsche Börse AG marketed quotes, prices, turnover figures, indices or other data (i.e. as substitute). In case of doubt Deutsche Börse AG determines at its sole discretion whether derived data is Information within the meaning of (i) and/or (ii) above. Bundling of Deutsche Börse AG Information as specified in the Price List to the Non-Display Agreement. Online system of Deutsche Börse AG for authorized users of the Contracting Party which contains a contract management area that is to be used for notifications in accordance with the Non-Display Agreement and other purposes.

  • Employee Categories All employees fall into one or the other of four principal categories as outlined below.

  • Client Categorisation 4.1. The client understands and accepts that each category of Clients has its individual level of regulative protection acknowledging that Retail Clients have the highest level of protection whereas Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties are considered to be more experienced, informed, skilled and able to estimate their risk, therefore are provided with a lower level of protection. 4.2. The Company will treat the Client as a Retail Client, Professional Client or Eligible Counterparty, depending on how the Client completes the Application Form and according to the method of categorisation as this method is explained under the title “Client Categorisation” (Appendix II), and by accepting this Agreement the Client accepts application of such method. 4.3. The Client accepts that when categorising the Client and dealing with him, the Company will rely on the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information provided by the Client in his Application Form and the Client has the responsibility to immediately notify the Company in writing if such information changes. 4.4. The Company has the right to review the Client’s Categorisation and change his Categorisation if this is deemed necessary (subject to Applicable Laws).
