Customer Service Issues. Falakstore shall handle all customer service issues related to Seller’s Products.

Customer Service Issues. Save for issues, complaints or disputes in relation to the operation, functionality or other technical aspects of the Products, all other issues, complaints and disputes brought by End-Users relating to the quality, quantity, delivery of the Product shall be resolved by you directly with the End-Users.

MCL is not responsible for handling customer service issues related to Seller’s Products, and MCL may direct Buyers who contact it with service issues related to Products to contact Seller using the contact information Seller has provided in the MCL eNetwork. If Seller does not handle a customer service issue or a request from MCL to handle that issue, MCL may take any actions necessary to ensure Seller’s compliance, and MCL will not be liable to Seller for any results of those actions. PVM (online / in person) is not responsible for handling customer service issues related to Merchant Products. PVM will direct customers with service issues related to products to the Merchant, using the contact information Merchant has provided PVM (online / in person). If Merchant does not handle a customer service issue respond to PVM’s request, PVM may take any actions necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. PVM will not be liable to Merchant for any results of those actions.
