Damage Cover Exclusions. 23.1 There is no Damage Cover, and You and any Authorised Driver are liable for:
(a) Damage or Third Party Loss arising from:
(i) a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; or
(ii) the use of the Vehicle by any driver who is not an Authorised Driver or who is less than 21 or more than 80 years of age;
(b) Damage caused by immersion of the Vehicle in water;
(c) broken, cracked or chipped windscreens (except for the PLATINUM PACKAGE Option and subject to the limit in clause 21(n));
(d) Damage to the tyres (except for PLATINUM PACKAGE Option and subject to the limit in clause 21(n));
(e) Damage to the Vehicle's interior (except for fair wear and tear); and
(f) Damage caused and any recovery costs if the Vehicle becomes bogged or stranded caused by driver error.
23.2 There is also no Damage Cover for:
(a) the full cost of replacing or repairing any accessories supplied by Us including, but not limited to GPS units, bikes, lost keys, keyless start and remote control devices; or
(b) personal items that are left in or stolen from the Vehicle or for loss or damage to property belonging to or in the custody of:
(i) You;
(ii) any relative, friend or associate of Yours ordinarily residing with You or with whom You ordinarily reside;
(iii) any relative, friend or associate of an Authorised Driver; or
(iv) Your employees.
Damage Cover Exclusions. 8.1 There is no Damage Cover, and You and any Authorised Driver are liable for:
(a) Damage or Third-Party Loss arising from:
(i) a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; or
(ii) the use of the Vehicle by any driver who is not an Authorised Driver or who is less than 21 or more than 75 years of age;
(b) Overhead Damage;
(c) Underbody Damage; and
(d) Damage caused by immersion of the Vehicle in water.
Damage Cover Exclusions. 23.1 There is no Damage Cover, and You and any Authorised Driver are liable for:
(a) Damage or Third Party Loss arising from:
(i) a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; or
(ii) theuse of theVehiclebyanydriver who is notanAuthorised Driveror who is less than 21 years of age;
(b) Damage caused by immersion of the Vehicle in water;
(c) broken, cracked or chipped windscreens (subjectto thelimitin clause 21(n));
(d) Damage to the tyres (except for PLATINUM PACKAGES and subject to the limit in clause 21(n));
(e) Damage to the Vehicle’s interior (except for fair wear and tear);
(f) Damage caused and any recovery costs if the Vehicle becomes bogged or stranded caused by driver error; and
(g) Damage caused bythe incorrect fuel type being used. Fuel receipts may be requested.
(h) Damage to awning caused due to user negligence (use in rain/hail/windy conditions). Replacement cost for awning can be up to $3000.00
(i) Damage done to the slide-out bed in Royale motorhomes due to user negligence (bed needs to be in raised position when sliding in/out. A repair cost of $2500.00 is applicable, if damaged). Damage to blinds in 6-Berth Royale motorhomes (replacement cost of $1000.00 for front blinds and $300.00 each for side blinds is applicable.
Damage Cover Exclusions. 11.1. The following damages, expenses and incidents are excluded from damage cover, and the hirer shall be wholly liable for all related costs:
a. All damage caused by or in connection with reckless conduct or wilful misconduct of the Hirer or any passenger in the Vehicle.
b. Recovery fees, towing or salvage.
c. Any losses from Fire, Theft, or unlawful entry.
d. If a driver of the Vehicle is convicted of any driving offence under Australian or New Zealand law where the Vehicle, property or any other vehicle is damaged in circumstances which are illegal in Australia and New Zealand.
e. Key retrieval or loss.
f. All costs as a result of breakages, loss, theft or defacement of the Vehicle’s interior.
g. Any damage or expenses involving or resulting from:
i. Single Vehicle Accidents (unless SVA Cover applies)
ii. Driving between dusk and xxxx
iii. Being outside Permitted Areas of Use
iv. Unauthorised drivers
v. Incorrect fuel usage, or contamination of fuel.
vi. Partial or total submersion in water, including river or flood crossings, beach driving, and saltwater contact.
vii. Damage resulting from breaches of Agreement by you or others in the Vehicle.
viii. Continued operation of the Vehicle when you have become aware, or should reasonably have become aware of a defect, except where you have communicated with us in relation to same and stopped, investigated, and facilitated any such defect to be repaired.
ix. The Vehicle is operated outside the Term of Hire or any agreed extension.
x. Off-road driving (being all driving that doesn’t take place on a road covered with hard surface such as tar, bitumen, or concrete) including fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields, or paddocks. The only exception is the reasonable use of access roads to recognised commercial campgrounds or permitted National Parks less than 10 kilometres in length.
h. Roof (included any rooftop tents, or other accessories) and Underbody damage is not covered unless explicitly stated under your selected damage cover option.

(a) the full cost of replacing or repairing any accessories supplied by Us including, but not limited to GPS units, bikes, chairs, lost keys, keyless start and remote control devices; or
(b) personal items that are left in or stolen from the Vehicle or for loss or damage to property belonging to or in the custody of:
(i) You;
(ii) anyrelative,friendorassociateof Yours ordinarily residing with You or with whom Youordinarily reside;
(iii) any relative, friend or associate of an Authorised Driver; or
(iv) Your employees.

(a) Damage or Third Party Loss arising from:
(i) a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; or
(ii) the Camper Trailer being towed by any driver who is not an Authorised Driver or who is less than 25 or more than 75 years of age;
(b) Overhead Damage;
(c) Underbody Damage; and
(d) Damage caused by immersion of the Camper Trailer in water.
8.2 There is also no Damage Cover for personal items that are left in or stolen from the Camper Trailer or for loss or damage to property belonging to or in the custody of:
(a) You;
(b) any relative, friend or associate of Yours ordinarily residing with You or with whom You ordinarily reside; or
(c) any relative, friend or associate of an Authorised Driver.

c) Broken, cracked or chipped windscreens (except for the GOLD package Option and subject to the limit in clause 18 (III C) (See Clause 21 for costs associated to windscreen damage.);
d) Damage to the tyres (except for the GOLD package Option and subject to the limit subject to the limit in clause 18 (III C) (See Clause 21 for costs associated to tyre damage.)
e) Damage to the awning (except for the GOLD package Option and subject to the limit subject to the limit in clause 18 (III C) (See Clause 21 for costs associated to tyre damage.)
f) Damage to the Vehicles interior (except for general wear and tear);
g) Damage caused and any recovery costs if the Vehicle becomes bogged or stranded caused by driver error; • There is also no Damage Cover for:
a) The full cost of replacing or repairing any accessories supplied by Us including, but not limited to GPS units, lost keys, keyless start and remote control devices or;
b) Use of Incorrect Fuel Type
c) Personal items that are left in or stolen from the Vehicle or for any Loss or Damage to property belonging to or in the custody of You, any relative, friend, associate, Authorised Driver or employee.

(a) Damage or Third Party Loss arising from:

(d) Damage caused by immersion of the Vehicle in water.
12.2 There is also no Damage Cover for:
(a) the full cost of replacing or repairing any accessories supplied by Us including, but not limited to GPS units, lost keys, keyless start and remote control devices; or
(b) personal items that are left in or stolen from the Vehicle or for loss or damage to property belonging to or in the custody of:
(i) You;
(ii) any relative, friend or associate of Yours ordinarily residing with You or with whom You ordinarily reside; or
(iii) Your employees.
