Data Request. Seller shall, promptly upon written request from PacifiCorp, provide PacifiCorp with data collected by Seller related to the construction, operation or maintenance of the Facility reasonably required for information requests from any Governmental Authorities, state or federal agency intervener or any other party achieving intervenor status in any PacifiCorp rate proceeding or other proceeding before any Governmental Authority. Seller shall use best efforts to provide this information to PacifiCorp sufficiently in advance to enable PacifiCorp to review it and meet any submission deadlines. PacifiCorp shall reimburse Seller for all of Seller's reasonable actual costs and expenses in excess of $10,000 per year, if any, incurred in connection with PacifiCorp's requests for information under this Section 6.10.5.

Data Request. On a monthly basis, the District shall make available to Local No. 284 a list of bargaining unit members including name, address, work hours (FTE), work location, position, classification, wage schedule placement, date of employment and District electronic email addresses.

Seller must use commercially reasonable efforts to provide this information to PacifiCorp sufficiently in advance to enable PacifiCorp to review such data and meet any submission deadlines. PacifiCorp will reimburse Seller for all of Seller’s reasonable actual costs and expenses in excess of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) per year, if any, incurred in connection with PacifiCorp’s requests for information under this Section 6.10.4.
Data Request. The Affiliate Investigator will complete and submit the required form/agreements to the GPC Administrative Site as specified in Sections 2.04, 2.05, and 2.06.

Counterparty shall use best efforts to provide this information to PacifiCorp sufficiently in advance to enable PacifiCorp to review it and meet any submission deadlines.
Data Request. Upon Contractor's request, AOC shall furnish and/or make available for examination or use by Contractor any available data relating to the project which is the subject of this Agreement.
Data Request. The Awardee shall submit project operational data and information as requested by NDDOT. The Awardee shall also submit financial statements, data, records, contracts, and other documents related to the project as requested by XXXXX. All charges to the project account shall be supported by executed invoices, contracts, or vouchers showing the nature of the charges. All checks, invoices, contracts, vouchers, orders, or other accounting documents pertaining in whole or in part to the project shall be clearly identified; readily accessible; and, to the extent feasible, kept separate and apart from all other such documents. The Awardee shall maintain all accounting and project records NDDOT may require. Such records shall be made available to NDDOT and the federal government for inspection and audit during the agreement term and for three years after the date of final payment, unless any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three years, in which case the records shall be retained until such action is satisfied.
Data Request. The team will develop and review the complete data request during the project kick-off meeting. This meeting will be used to identify key sources of data and possible alternatives or assumptions to use if the requested data is not available. This will include a discussion on confirming the GHG inventory boundary and scope, assumptions, and exclusions (if any) based on data availability (see the proposed list of emission sources outlined in Task 5 below).
Data Request. Other data required shall include and is not limited to: • FEMA Flood Insurance Studies (FIS) and Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) • Latest available terrain surface data and contour maps (from local County or TxDOT) • Land use maps • Soils maps • Historic Precipitation Data • Aerial imagery (latest available) • Culvert and drainage maintenance reports • Historic Flooding reports • As-built plans and data for impacted hydraulic structures • Design plans (calculations if available) of highway, culverts and ditches
