Data RequestSeller shall, promptly upon written request from PacifiCorp, provide PacifiCorp with data collected by Seller related to the construction, operation or maintenance of the Facility reasonably required for information requests from any Governmental Authorities, state or federal agency intervener or any other party achieving intervenor status in any PacifiCorp rate proceeding or other proceeding before any Governmental Authority. Seller shall use best efforts to provide this information to PacifiCorp sufficiently in advance to enable PacifiCorp to review it and meet any submission deadlines. PacifiCorp shall reimburse Seller for all of Seller's reasonable actual costs and expenses in excess of $10,000 per year, if any, incurred in connection with PacifiCorp's requests for information under this Section 6.10.5.

Lift Station information. 402. Condition Assessment. Summarize the Force Main Condition Assessment presentation. Summarize the methodology and results for the assessment. Recommended improvements will be incorporated in the City's CIP. 403. Estimate Remaining Useful Life for Sewer Mains. Calculate the remaining useful life (RUL) of each pipe considering the value of replacing versus maintaining the pipe. It is expected that RUL will be based on sewer main age, material, and previously identified deficiencies. The RUL will be used to recommend the extent of the City's system replacement programs. 404. Risk Assessment. Develop a risk assessment to prioritize repair and replacement(R&R) projects in conjunction with City staff that includes the City's new Granite XP program. Risk will be identified by combining the vulnerabilities, as identified in the condition assessment, from the CCTV efforts, and RUL tasks, and criticality of failure of specific infrastructure. Criticality of failure will be determined based on readily available GIS data (i.e., roads, wetlands, or proximity to hospitals) and the institutional knowledge of City staff. Weighting factors will be used to combine multiple vulnerabilities. The task will be at a conceptual planning level and does not include survey, site inspections, or other detailed investigations. Data RequestThe Union may request copies of any relevant and pertinent data in connection with the implementation of A-76. After review of any such written request, the Employer will provide the Union with the desired information, as appropriate under law and other controlling government-wide regulations.
