List of Bargaining Unit Members. The Employer, upon request, shall furnish the Federation with an up-to-date listing of the names and addresses of all members of the unit.

List of Bargaining Unit Members. On a semi-annual basis every six (6) months the City will provide to the Union a list of bargaining unit employees including vacancies. This list will be in Excel format and will include the following: first and last name; position title; department; Management status (mid-management or management); and employment date.

No later than the first paycheck in October of each school year, the Board shall provide the Association with a list of bargaining unit employees of the Board of Education and the positions held by said employees. APEA/AFT specifically agrees that all information provided will be used only for purposes related to the execution of the Agreement, that APEA/AFT will be responsible for the protection and security of information provided, and that APEA/AFT will assume liability that may result from any improper disclosure or use by APEA/AFT of information provided.
