Union Access to Information. The District shall make available to the Union a bargaining unit list of employees including name, address, phone number, work hours, position, classification, wage schedule placement, date of employment and electronic mail addresses.
Union Access to Information. Fall, Winter and Spring term of each academic year, upon request and at no cost, the University shall provide AAP with a list of bargaining unit members, including home address, home phone, annual base salary, title, annual FTE, rank, college, work phone number and work location.
Union Access to Information. Upon written request from the Union, the Employer agrees to provide the following information for each employee to the Union: Name; home address; work email address; work phone number; job classification; wage; and number of hours normally scheduled in a work week.

Such access shall be granted to a designated Union representative for the following data elements: Name Title Department Campus Address Campus Phone # Campus Email Address Home Address Home Phone # Date of Hire Salary Gender University Identification Number The Union agrees to use information related to the home addresses and home phone numbers of Union members for the sole purpose of communicating with members for Union purposes and shall not convey home addresses or home phone numbers to any third party without first seeking authority from the individual. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold Rutgers, its governors, trustees, officers, agents, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns, harmless against any and all liabilities, costs, claims, expenses, losses, judgments, attorneys' fees and interest, of any nature and without limitation, arising in whole or in part from the release of home addresses or home phone numbers to the Union. Rutgers shall retain its right to determine its course of conduct, including but not limited to the right to select counsel and determine strategy, in any claim or action arising out of or by reason of providing home addresses or home phone numbers to the Union. This indemnification shall also cover any claims or actions in connection with defending the legality of this indemnification. Furthermore, the Union will not challenge the legality of this indemnification provision or any portion thereof, nor assist any other person or entity in doing so. In the event that this indemnification is deemed to be illegal or against public policy or otherwise unenforceable by any court or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree that any obligations which Rutgers may have regarding providing home addresses or home phone numbers shall cease, effectively immediately.
Union Access to Information. The District shall notify SEIU Local 284 and the local leadership of any new hires within three (3) days of board approval.
Union Access to Information. It is in the interest of the employer and the Union that all newly hired employees are informed of their rights, obligations and benefits of their employment with the District. Accordingly the District shall inform the Union representative and xxxxxxx(s) of all new hires within ten working days of hire.
Union Access to Information. 3.8.1 The Town Board agrees to furnish to the Union, upon written request and at Union expense, copies of all non-personal and public documents including but not limited to minutes of all public business meetings, the annual audited financial reports affecting budget and census and list of all employees in the category covered by the bargaining unit and any changes in such lists as they occur.
Union Access to Information. 33.1 The Employer agrees to provide the Union with a monthly list of new employees, their departments and classifications. The Employer will also provide the Union with a list of all terminated bargaining unit employees.
Union Access to Information. It is recognized that during the Union’s efforts to represent its Members and bargain in good faith, it may legally obtain certain information from the City that could be considered confidential under local, state, or federal law. The parties agree that the primary consideration in obtaining such material is the furtherance of the bargaining and representation positions that may be taken by the Union and that frivolous and unnecessary dissemination shall constitute a violation of this Article. Reasonable usage within the context of lawful lawyer/client privilege, duty of fair representation issues, and any constitutionally protected right shall not constitute a violation of this Article.
