Grantor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to, (i) maintain the temperature in the Conditioned Premises within the range specified in Item 4(a) of Exhibit “F-I”, Exhibit “F-II”, and Exhibit “F-III”, during the applicable periods, as described therein, and (ii) maintain the relative humidity in the Conditioned Premises within the range specified in Item 4(b) of Exhibit “F-I”, Exhibit “F-II” , and Exhibit “F-III”, during the applicable periods, as described therein.

Datacenter. The DPGS system utilizes a leased facilities and capacity in a highly secure, fault tolerant, enterprise-class data center, designed to provide 100% uptime. Maintenance of the facilities, operation and management of the datacenter is outsourced to Databank LLC, 000 X. Xxxxx St., Dallas, Texas 75202, in the former home of the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank, which enables DPGS and the Company to benefit from a state-of-the art infrastructure facility, while not having to commit significant resources, capital or human, to the build-out and ownership of the infrastructure. The ability to expand capacity and scalability requirements (space, power, networking and redundancy capability) is virtually without limitation. Security of the installed assets, information, applications and client data are of paramount importance. Security at the Datacenter is provided on a 24/7/365 basis. Card access is required to gain access, along with biometric hand scanning upon entry, and annual SAS 70 Audits are performed to ensure the delivery of services at the highest possible levels. Uptime of the website is essential for the Company to provide consistent and reliable services to our users. To ensure this level of service, our systems have reliable UPS/Backup Generators and reliable utility power. The UPS/Backup Generator power supply provides: true A+B power configurations, all UPS and Generator deployments provide N+1 redundancy, 800KVA MGE UPS Systems, 1200 KVA CAT UPS Systems, 2.0 megawatt generators, 1.5 megawatt generators. There are six utility feeds from the CBD grid, N+3 Transformers with ATS switches and the feeds to building are concrete encased. Cooling systems employ 3,500 Ton cooling tower capacity, 00 Xxx Xxxxxxx XXXX Xxxxx, designed with N+1 redundancy and 80,000 gallon reserve make-up water tank.
Datacenter. 1. The Contractors must identify the locations of the datacenters that will be used to deliver services to Manitoba.
Datacenter. Cleura guarantees 99.95% uptime on the power and HVAC services serving our technical platform. For dedicated/bare metal and co-location customers, redundant power supplies are mandatory to be covered by this guarantee. SLA only covers Cleura facilities. Any external equipment owned by the customer is not covered by the SLA. Hardware Cleura guarantees 99.95% availability of infrastructure hardware, including compute, network, control and storage nodes. Any hardware included in our core infrastructure is designed to be redundant. Dedicated/Bare metal servers and co-location is not included and are treated differently below. Dedicated/Bare metal For dedicated servers and bare metal hardware, we guarantee the function- ing of all server hardware components we provide, and will replace any failed component at no cost. This includes, but is not limited to, servers, mother- board, memory, hard drives, raid controllers, NIC cards and firewalls. The replacement will be initiated as soon as hardware is determined to be the cause of the problem. The new hardware shall be in place within four hours. Colocated and customer provided equipment is excluded from the Dedicated/Bare metal SLA. Co-location Cleura offers the following terms for rack space provided to clients – referred to as “co-location”. Client is responsible for hardware and will need to arrange for replacement, unless other has been agreed with Cleura. To be entitled to our network guarantee, a fully redundant solution is required on all containing elements. Platform

A n y destination IP address outside o f the Akamai network used a s a source location for Customer content (and would not include any Akamai IP address or Service, such as Akamai NetStorage). DDoS (distributed denial-of-service) or DoS (denial-of-service) Attack: An ongoing traffic increase where (i) Site traffic is four or more times higher than the average Site traffic, per unit, over the immediately preceding two month period, (ii) Customer and Akamai mutually agree that the traffic spike is malicious, and/or unwanted, and Customer requests Akamai to declare the traffic as a DDoS Attack, and (iii) Customer informs Akamai that they are willing to NOT serve the unexpected traffic and are willing to allow Akamai to determine the approach for mitigating potential negative impacts of the DDo S traffic (e.g., blocking the traffic, redirecting the traffic, serving the traffic, etc.).

Power Availability – A/C Power systems in the datacenter are designed to run uninterrupted even in the unlikely event of a utility power outage. A/C power to the outbound port on Company serving power distribution unit (PDU) is guaranteed to be available 100% of the time in a calendar month. HVAC Quality and Availability (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) – Target ambient room temperature will be 72 Degrees F in the server area of the datacenter. Ambient room temperature will not vary by more than +/- 5 degrees. Relative humidity will be targeted for 45% in the server area. Relative humidity will not vary by more than +/- 5%. Trintech guarantees that the HVAC facilities will provide adequate cooling 100% of the time in a calendar month.
Datacenter. MojoHost will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a service level of 99.99% for the datacenters. A/C power to the outbound port on Customer’s serving power distribution unit (PDU) will be available 99.99% of the time. In addition, the datacenter network will be available 99.99% of the time.
