Deduction of Professional Dues. Teachers who are members of WEA shall have their dues withheld from their monthly checks by the Wabaunsee Board of Education. • A schedule for monthly deductions shall be prepared by the WEA and shall be submitted to the Clerk of the Board by October 10 of each school year. • Deductions shall begin on October 20 of each year. • Dues deduction for those members listed on the October 10 transmittal shall be for the total annual dues divided into eleven equal payments. • It is understood that three new memberships may be added after October 10 during the year. The total annual dues for these three members shall be paid over the remaining months of the contract year by payroll deduction.

Deduction of Professional Dues. X. Xxxxxxx agrees to deduct dues bi-weekly from each PTL receiving a bi-weekly paycheck who furnishes a voluntary written authorization for such deduction on a form acceptable to Rutgers. Each member may cancel such authorization by giving written notice of such cancellation to the PTLFC-AAUP. It shall be the responsibility of the PTLFC-AAUP to transmit such withdrawals of authorization to the University. Dues shall be in such an amount as may be certified to Rutgers by PTLFC-AAUP from time to time, and at least thirty (30) days prior to the date on which deduction of dues is to be made. Dues shall be submitted to PTLFC-AAUP every four weeks together with a list of the names of members from whose pay such deductions were made.

Deduction of Professional Dues. The University agrees to deduct on a pro-rata basis from each biweekly paycheck the annual AAUP professional dues of each member of the bargaining unit as defined herein, for whom the AAUP furnishes to the University a voluntary written authorization for such deduction, on a form acceptable to the University. Deduction of Professional Dues. The district will provide payroll deduction from employee salaries for payment of dues to professional organizations as mutually agreed upon. Annual dues shall be deducted in ten consecutive payments, starting with the first pay period in October.   • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.

  • Provision of Professional Services We will provide any Professional Services set out in a relevant Order Form in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry practice and any relevant SOW.   • PROFESSIONAL DUES OR FEES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 5.1 Any unit member who is a member of the Association, or who has applied for membership, may sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees, and general assessments of the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such dues from the regular salary check of the bargaining unit member each month for ten (10) months. Deductions for bargaining unit members who sign such authorization after the commencement of the school year shall be appropriately pro-rated to complete payments by the end of the school year.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.
