Description of Mobile Banking Services. Mobile Banking is a personal financial account management service that allows you to view balances and recent account activity, and conduct certain transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (collectively, “Mobile Devices”). Mobile Banking includes Short Message Service (SMS)/Text Banking (“Mobile Text”), Wireless Application Protocol (WAP)Banking (“Mobile Web”) and Mobile Application Banking (“Mobile App”). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking Services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile networks, such as while roaming. The most up-to-date list of services which you may be able to access through Mobile Banking is posted on our website at xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Description of Mobile Banking Services. You may use the App to (i) access your Account information (e.g., to check balances and view transactions); (ii) set up alerts regarding your Account (e.g., low balance alerts); (iii) transfer funds between eligible Bank Accounts; (iv) view Check images; (v) deposit Checks; and (vi) view your Account statements. This list is not exhaustive, and the Bank may offer additional or different Mobile Banking Services in the future, all of which will be subject to this Agreement. All Mobile Banking Services may not be available via your Mobile Device. Customers approved by Bank to use mobile deposit as part of their Mobile Banking Services will also be subject to the terms governing Mobile Deposit Services as set forth in Section 12 below.
Description of Mobile Banking Services. Mobile Banking refers generally to any service that allows you to access and view your accounts from a cell phone or handheld device. The Mobile Banking service includes SMS text banking, MFM App banking and WAP banking. SMS text banking requires you to have a text-enabled mobile device. Internet access is not needed on your mobile device to use text banking. Using text banking you can check account balances, view your transaction history, and transfer funds between your Wasatch Peaks Credit Union accounts. The MFM App is a downloadable mobile banking program that resides directly on your Smartphone enabled mobile device. Using the MFM program application allows you to check account balances, view your transactions history, and transfer funds between your accounts. The WAP banking service requires Internet access on your mobile device. Using WAP banking allows you to check account balances, view your transactions history, and transfer funds between your accounts.
Description of Mobile Banking Services. When you access the Mobile Banking Services, you will have the ability to perform limited transactions such as: • transfer funds from checking or money market to checking or money market • transfer funds from checking or money market to savings • transfer funds from savings to checking or money market • transfer funds from savings to savings • make payments from checking or money market to loan accounts with us • make payments from savings to loan accounts with us • get information about the account balance and transaction history of checking, money market, savings, Certificate of Deposit, and loan accounts • Pay Bills for payees previously set up in Bill Pay. • Use Text Message Banking to obtain account information that the Bank makes available. Not all of these Mobile Banking services may be available to you or for each of your accounts. Accessibility: You can use the Mobile Banking Services seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Athol Savings Bank does not warrant that Mobile Banking Services will be available at all times. Apple Touch ID/Android Fingerprint ID: Apple Touch ID is an alternative login credential which is currently available on Touch ID-capable Apple devices. Android Fingerprint ID is an alternative login credential which is currently available on Fingerprint ID capable Android devices. This allows the end user to authenticate to the ASB app using the fingerprint that is stored in the device’s fingerprint repository. The ASB app cannot discern between the fingerprints of individuals who are enrolled on a device nor can it determine whether a fingerprint belongs to the owner of a certain username, but rather that the fingerprint is valid and was successfully added to the device’s fingerprint repository. Usernames and Passwords are not stored on the device in order to support Touch ID or Fingerprint ID. Instead, a token is stored securely in the device’s Keychain that cannot be transferred to another device. Mobile Banking apps cannot access the actual fingerprint. They can only determine if the fingerprint is valid or not. A user who tries to access the app using Touch ID or Fingerprint ID and is unable to provide a valid fingerprint will be disabled for failed attempts. The user will be required to enter their device passcode to re-enable Touch ID or Fingerprint ID. One-time transfers may be immediate or scheduled for a future date. The recurring transfer feature may be used when a set amount is transferred at regular intervals. For example, a $100 transfer from a checking to a savings account which occurs every 2 weeks. o One-time immediate transfers can be made from a linked RFCU checking, savings, money market, line of credit, or credit card to most linked RFCU accounts. o Scheduled and recurring transfers can be made from a linked RFCU checking, savings, money market, or credit card account to a linked checking or savings account. o Transfers can be made from a linked RFCU personal or business checking, savings, money market or line of credit account to a linked personal or business checking, savings, or money market accounts. • Transfers from a share account are immediately reflected in the account’s available balance. Transfers from a credit card or a line of credit account are immediately reflected in the account’s available credit amount. Scheduled and Recurring Transfers o Transfers scheduled for a weekend or a non-business day will be processed on the prior business day. All other scheduled and recurring transfers will be processed from the funding account at the beginning of the business day requested. • Transfers to Credit/Loans Accounts o Funds transferred as a payment to a credit card, line of credit, install- ment loan or mortgage account before 11:59 p.m. ET will be credited with the date the payment is submitted. Transfer payments submitted after 11:59 p.m. ET will be credited with the next day’s date. Updates to account balances, funds availability, and transaction posting may take up to 2 bank business days. • Transfers to Share Accounts o For share accounts (checking, savings, money market), funds trans- ferred to these account (excluding transfers from a credit card) prior to 10:45 p.m. ET on a business day will appear with the same day’s date in the deposit account transaction history. o Transfers to a RFCU checking account made after 10:45 p.m. as de- scribed above on a business day but before 11:59 p.m. will be included in the balance we use to pay transactions that night.   • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services.   • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: - Deposit checks to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Banking via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.
