DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. In consideration for the compensation hereinafter described, the Advisor agrees to provide the following services to the Trust and to the Series:

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. 1.1 This Addendum will enable Company to provide its Subscribers with the ability to place Internet Telphony calls through the use of the XXXX.xxx(SM).
1.2 ITXC agrees to provide to Company on a 24-hour a day, 7-day a week basis, the Services described in this Section 1 and Exhibit A attached hereto. Company agrees to purchase such Services on the terms and conditions and at the rates set forth herein and in the Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time.
1.3 Company shall be responsible for providing all end-user or caller related services to its Subscribers, such as billing, collections and customer care, all in compliance with the ITXC documentation, including but not limited to, confirming the identity of its Subscribers for the use of XXXX.xxx(SM).
1.4 Company shall independently operate Gateways for use by Company's Subscribers and charge its Subscribers such rates, as Company deems appropriate. Company shall provide origination services and operate and manage its equipment in compliance with the ITXC documentation.
1.5 At all times, Company shall comply with all ITXC operational requirements contained in the Agreement, Addendum or ITXC documentation. In the event that Company cannot comply with the ITXC operational requirements, ITXC may (i) suspend or reduce the Services; or (ii) terminate the Agreement. ITXC shall use commercially reasonable efforts to apply equitably the requirements of the ITXC documentation to all ITXC Affiliates.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. In consideration of the compensation received under this contract, the Contractor will provide the janitorial services for the AOC described in the “Janitorial Contract Specifications” which is attached as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. (1) The subject of the contract is the leasing/use of hardware and/or software, including related documentation.
(2) The software to be used is LeadSuccess. The access details for LeadSuccess will be sent by email within 30 days before the start of the trade fair. The customer will receive a personalised web portal in which it is possible to independently process services (questionnaires, sending emails, downloading data). Any ordered hardware includes an additional licence and additional licences can be ordered separately. An internet connection (minimum of 5 Mbit/second) is required to transfer data from the device to the web portal. The data recorded will automatically be deleted six weeks after the event, unless its usage isn’t extended for a fee.
(3) The customer guarantees that they will only scan barcodes on tickets and request the ticket owner’s data from Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH with the ticket owner’s consent. Within their area of responsibility, the onus shall be on the customer alone to assess the legality of processing any data obtained using LeadSuccess and to ensure compliance with applicable data protection rules and regulations. In particular, wherever necessary the customer must obtain the consent of the ticket owner for their intended use of the data, and must also satisfy their information and disclosure obligations vis-à-vis the ticket owner under the terms of the GDPR.
(4) The hardware that is ordered has to be picked up at the service counter before the beginning of the trade fair. If programmes are permanently installed on the hardware or if they are supplied with same, these programmes are intended solely for the operation of the hardware in accordance with the terms of the contract; no other use is permitted. The equipment is only made available for use at the stand. If the customer wishes to use the hardware or software at a different location, in whole or in part, they must obtain the prior consent of the lessor (Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH). The customer must not allow third parties to use the leased hardware or software without obtaining the lessor’s prior consent in writing. Section 540 (1) Sentence 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) shall not apply.
(5) Responsibility for the selection of hardware and software (including the results to be produced by its use) lies with the customer.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. A. Instruction will take place while students are on BoysGrow property. Students will experience instruction in one of three areas: agriculture, construction, and mechanics. Each course is designed and sequenced to give students a foundational knowledge and engage in real world learning.
B. A Fall term, 5-week experience occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, subject to adjustment by the parties.
C. A Spring term, 3-week experience occurring on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., subject to adjustment by the parties.
D. The District will provide lunch for all participating students during the respective term.
E. District will provide 1 facilitator (teachers or staff), at a minimum, who will accompany participating student(s) during course sessions.
F. BoysGrow will provide the described educational services for a maximum of 15 students per term.
G. District will provide all transportation for participating students.
H. Students will abide by the basic rules of the BoysGrow farm property, which will be provided to students on the first day of the term.

B. A Fall term, 8-week experience occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, subject to adjustment by the parties.
C. A Spring term, 8-week experience occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, subject to adjustment by the parties.
D. District will provide 1 facilitator (teachers or staff), at a minimum, who will accompany participating student(s) during course sessions.
E. Hammerspace will provide the described educational services for a maximum of 10 students per term.
F. District will provide all transportation for participating students.
