DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. This specific work that the Engineer has agreed to perform pursuant to e-RFP #20230088, Construction Engineering & Inspections (CEI) Continuing Services including all Attachments, all Addenda, and all other restrictions and requirements are incorporated by this reference. The basis of the projects for this work will be in accordance with the current Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and any amendments to the CIP. during the term of this contract. Projects within the CIP are funded by Mobility Fees, a ½ Cent Infrastructure Sales Tax, gas tax, potential bond funding, as well as local Stat, and Federal grants. Separate contracts will be created for each project within the CIP requiring CEI Services, as determined by the City.

Whereas, the City has established and currently sponsors a self-insured Employee Welfare Benefit Plan, to provide certain benefits (attached hereto as Exhibit "4" and hereinafter called the "Group Health Plan or "GHP") for covered group members and their covered dependents; and
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. The Work is the collection of solid waste, recyclables, and yard waste from all single family detached and attached homes in the City, as more fully described in Articles III through VI of the Form of Agreement included in this Request for Proposals. The specific service alternates and optional bid items to the Work are described below.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. The City of Aledo invites sealed Xxxxxx’s Proposals for the Work generally described as the collection and disposal of Solid and Recyclable Waste from all Residential Dwellings in the City. Presently, residents choose their waste haulers individually. Approximately 1596 single-family, duplex, triplex, and multi-family households will be included in the curbside/parkway garbage pick-up. Bids should include curbside residential waste pick-up once per week and recycling pick- up.
