Description of the mandate. The Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment, Wildlife and Parks (hereafter the “Minister”) mandates the Kativik Regional Government (hereafter the “KRG”), in compliance with Article 8.1.1 of the Parks Act (RSQ, c. P-9), management services for the operations, activities, and services of Parc national Tursujuq. The Minister thus delegates to the KRG the power to provide services, including maintenance services, and to organize the activities required for operation of the park, both inside and outside the park territory, the latter being subject to applicable legislation. The Minister and the KRG agree to sign a contract (heareafter the “Tursujuq Agreement”), granting the KRG, in compliance with Article 6 of the Parks Act, the power to carry out development, capital, and maintenance work in Parc national Tursujuq that is expected to maintain or improve the quality of the park, as well as the power to carry out such work outside the park if required for its operation, in this latter case subject to applicable legislation. These powers shall be carried out in compliance with the Xxxxx Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement (heareafter the “JBNQA”), the Parks Act, the Parks Regulation (RRQ c. P-9 r.25) and its subsequent amendments, the Politique sur les parcs québécois, and the Parc national Tursujuq management plan.

Description of the mandate. In keeping with section 8.1.1 of the Parks Act (R.S.Q., c. P-9), the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks (MDDEP) entrusts the Kativik Regional Government (KRG) with the management of operations, activities, and services of Parc national Kuururjuaq. To that effect, the minister delegates to the KRG the power to provide services, including maintenance services, and to organize activities necessary for the park’s operations, both inside and outside the park, and in this latter case, subject to the applicable legal provisions. The MDDEP and the KRG undertake to sign an agreement (hereinafter Kuururjuaq Agreement), conferring on the KRG, pursuant to section 6 of the Parks Act, the power to do development, capital and maintenance work in the Parc national Kuururjuaq which are likely to maintain or improve the quality of the park and the power to do such works outside of the park if they are needed for its operation, and, in this last case, subject to the applicable legal provisions. These powers must be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Xxxxx Bay and Northern Québec Agreement (hereinafter the JBNQA), the Parks Act, the Parks Regulation ([2000] G.O. 2, 4598, no 838) and its subsequent amendments, the Politique sur les parcs québécois and the master plan of Parc national Kuururjuaq.
Description of the mandate. Under its responsibility and in collaboration with the Direction générale de la protection de la faune du ministère des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune (MRNF), the Kativik Regional Government (KRG) will hire, following their appointment by MRNF, wildlife protection assistants who will work in conjunction with wildlife protection officers to ensure the application of the laws and regulations pertaining to the conservation and development of wildlife and its habitat on the territory of the Kativik region. Wildlife protection assistants exercise all the powers and all the responsibilities conferred on them by their status of wildlife protection assistant, under Section 8 of the Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife (R.S.Q., c. 61.1) and Section 5 (1) of the Fisheries Act (R.S.C., c. F-14), in accordance with the document entitled: Supervision rules, wildlife protection assistants, ML 613 (03 04).
Description of the mandate. The aim of this mandate is to entrust the KRG with the responsibility of: ▪ Taking charge of certain work, research and activities with a view to creating the Kuururjuaq, Lacs-Xxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx-et-à-l’Eau-Claire and Cap-Wolstenholme national parks which the MDDEP plans to propose. The duties under the responsibility of the KRG and the MDDEP are described in the Action Plan concerning the development of northern parks in the Nunavik Region appearing in Appendix A to the Agreement relating to the development of parks in the Nunavik Region, agreed upon between the Société de la faune et des parcs du Québec and the KRG on June 13, 2002, hereinafter known as the “Action Plan”; ▪ The carrying out of certain studies related to the acquisition of knowledge for the Parc national de la Baie-aux-Feuilles et des-Monts-Pyramides project as described in the Action Plan; ▪ The consolidation of the administrative organization to provide a framework for planning and development as well as the eventual management of the services to manage the operations, activities and services of the parks that will be created and to supervise the capital and development work included in the master plans of these same parks.
Description of the mandate. The Main Project consists of the design and implementation of Phase 1 of the Old Port of Montréal Master Plan, which will be developed by a landscape architect from the firm NIP Paysage. The engineering services (civil, rail, electrical, accessibility, traffic) will be provided by the firm CIMA+. The environmental services will be provided by the firm Enviroservices. As this is a "design-build" project, CIMA+ and Enviroservices will support the landscape architect in developing the performance plans and specifications for the project. This Phase 1 includes the development of the main accesses and the esplanades from the King-Xxxxxx Entrance to the Clock Tower Quay Entrance. The total area of Phase 1 is 52,634 m² divided into five sectors. The sectors concerned are: - Promenade between the Jacques-Cartier Entrance and the Clock Tower Entrance. - Esplanade between the Jacques-Cartier Entrance and the Clock Tower Entrance. - New bike path, redevelopment of the railway easement. - New interface with the Bonsecours Basin. Principal Consulting/Professional Services Agreement (Quebec only) - Pedestrian entrance and public square on Jacques-Cartier Quay. - Entrance to the Clock Tower and public square, new traffic configuration (pedestrians, cyclists, vehicular traffic and parking access). - Promenade between the King-Xxxxxx Entrance and the Jacques-Cartier Entrance. - Esplanade between the King-Xxxxxx Entrance and the Jacques-Cartier Entrance. - Redevelopment of the railway easement. - The King-Xxxxxx Entrance and public square. The Consultant will be responsible for complete management of the Main Project and will assist the Company in all phases of the project, from design to completion of the construction work. It should be noted that the site where the work will be carried out will remain in operation throughout the project period (businesses, event programming, client visits, etc.). The Main Project will take place over a period of approximately four years. Here is the provisional timetable: - June 2022: Signing of the Agreement with the Company. - Mid-January 2023: Final documents for the procurement processes related to the Design-Build Contractor (the "Contractor"). - Mid-February to mid-June 2023: Project design and administration, and procurement steps related to the Contractor selection. - September 2023: Mobilization of the site. - October 2023 to March 31, 2026: Construction work. - June 2026: Project closure.   • Description of the service 10.1.1 Automatic transfer service implies a transfer by the bank of the funds from the client’s account without further consent of the client, on the basis of fixed amount determined by the client in its application form or of information provided by the client’s creditor to the bank on the client’s debt. 10.1.2 The parties agree that the payment order created (generated) by the bank for the purposes of automatic transfer services shall have the legal force equal to the document having been printed on the paper and executed by the person(s) authorized to manage of the account. 10.1.3 The bank shall carry out the automatic transfer services in accordance with requirements and conditions stipulated in this agreement, the application on registration for automatic transfer service and the sources disseminated by the bank. 10.1.4 For the purposes of obtaining automatic transfer services the client shall apply to the bank with the application as per paragraph 1.2 of this agreement.

  • Description of the Transfer The details of the transfer and of the personal data are specified in Annex B. The parties agree that Annex B may contain confidential business information which they will not disclose to third parties, except as required by law or in response to a competent regulatory or government agency, or as required under clause I(e). The parties may execute additional annexes to cover additional transfers, which will be submitted to the authority where required. Annex B may, in the alternative, be drafted to cover multiple transfers.

  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY 13.1 The Property as referred to in the Proclamation of Sale shall be deemed to have been correctly and sufficiently described. 13.2 All intended bidders including the Purchaser shall be deemed to have sought independent legal advice, made necessary enquiries, searches and inspection of the Property and is satisfied with the identity, description, state and condition of the Property. 13.3 In the event of any error, misstatement, omission and/or misdescription of any kind relating to the Property in the Proclamation of Sale or any other documents, such error, misstatement, omission and/or misdescription shall not in any manner annul the sale, nor shall there be any adjustment of the Purchase Price nor shall compensation be allowed nor shall the Bank be open to any liability of any form. 13.4 If the land or floor area of the property is found to exceed that as described and additional payment is imposed for the excess area by the Developer and/or relevant authorities, then such additional payment shall be solely and absolutely borne and paid by the Purchaser 13.5 If the land or floor area of the property is found to be less that as described, any claim for the reduced area shall be undertaken solely by the Purchaser against the Developer and/or such party and neither the Assignee/ Bank , the Assignee/ Bank’s solicitors nor the Auctioneer shall in any way responsible or liable for such claim. The auction sale herein shall not be annulled and there shall not be any adjustment of the Purchase Price as a result of such shortfall in the area of the Property.

  • Description of Projects Services a. Project/Services to be performed by A-E shall consist of the work as specified herein and as required in Attachment A. If in the event Attachment A shall be in conflict with any provision of this Contract, the wording as set forth in Attachment A shall prevail. b.   • DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT For the Company to be eligible to earn the Maximum Credit Amount, the Company will satisfy its obligations as reflected in the following representations, which the IEDC has relied upon: A. The Company will complete the Project at the Project Location. B. The Company represents that the number of permanent, Full-Time Employees (as defined in Indiana Code § 6–3.1–13–4) from whom Indiana state income tax withholdings are retained by the State of Indiana, employed as of the Commencement Date at the Project Location, is the Base Employment Number. C. The Project will result in the creation of New Employees (as defined in Indiana Code § 6- 3.1-13-6) at the Project Location of at least the Additional Jobs Commitment. D. The average of the hourly wages, before benefits, paid to New Employees at the Project Location, will at least equal the Average Wage Commitment. E. At the discretion of the IEDC, New Employees that are paid an average wage of less than the Minimum Wage Commitment may be excluded for the purpose of calculating the credit amount. F. The Project is anticipated to involve at least the Capital Investment Amount.
