Common use of Designated Holidays Clause in Contracts

Designated Holidays. For the purposes of this Agreement, designated holidays shall mean: New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Dominion Day, first Monday in August, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, one Floating Holiday per year to be taken at a time mutually agreed between the parties, and any other statutory holiday as proclaimed by the Federal or Provincial Governments.

Designated Holidays. For the purposes purpose of this Agreement, designated holidays shall mean: mean New Year's Years’ Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Dominion Canada Day, first Monday in AugustSaskatchewan Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, one Floating Holiday per year to be taken at a time mutually agreed between the parties, and any other statutory day proclaimed as a holiday as proclaimed by the Federal Municipal or Provincial Governments.
