Holiday Coinciding with a Day of Paid Leave. Where a day that is a designated paid holiday for an employee falls within a period of leave with pay, the holiday shall not count as a day of leave.

Holiday Coinciding with a Day of Paid Leave. When a day that is a designated paid holiday for an employee falls within a period of Leave With Pay, that day shall count as a holiday and not as a day of leave. Employees working on extended shifts or variable hours must account for the difference in hours between the work day under the variable work hours schedule and the seven and one-half (7 hours allowed for the holiday.
