A full-time employee who qualifies for holiday pay and one-half (1½) times the appropriate regular rate of pay with is away on a compensatory normally scheduled day off on a statutory holiday will have his or her holiday pay hours banked automatically, unless he or she provides a request form to be paid in advance to his or her supervisor.
