Therefore, Resident acknowledges that he or she should not rely on such devices or measures and should take steps to protect himself or herself and his or her existing property notwithstanding these devices. Resident agrees to immediately notify Owner’s representative of any malfunctions involving locks and life-safety building components. Should Resident become seriously injured or imperiled at the Property, Resident authorizes Owner and its agents to call 911 Emergency at Resident’s expense, without legal obligation to do so.

  • Desirable Selection Criteria 1. Possession of, or significant progression toward the attainment of a post graduate qualification in area of specialty.

  • Technical Cooperation 1. The Parties shall strengthen their cooperation in the field of standards, technical regulations, metrology, market surveillance, accreditation and conformity assessment systems with a view to increasing the mutual understanding of their respective systems and facilitating access to their respective markets. To that end, they may establish regulatory dialogues at both horizontal and sectoral levels.

  • Conduct Audits will be conducted during regular business hours and will not interfere unreasonably with Licensee’s business. OT will provide Licensee prior notice of each audit. Such audit shall be scheduled as soon as reasonably possible but in no event more than 7 days subsequent to the notice. Licensee will allow OT to make copies of relevant Licensee records.   • Areas of Cooperation The Parties will cooperate, in particular, in the following areas of common interest:
