Developer’s Engineer. As designated from time to time by the Developer.

Developer’s Engineer. The Developer shall employ engineers holding a certificate of authorization from Professional Engineers Ontario and approved by the Municipality to complete any tasks required to be completed by the Developer’s engineers pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation the items identified in paragraphs 1.1(a), (b), (e), (f) and (h) above.
Developer’s Engineer. The Developer shall employ engineers holding a certificate of authorization from Professional Engineers Ontario and approved by the Municipality. The Developer’s Engineer shall be retained to complete the following tasks: (a) To prepare designs; (b) To prepare and furnish all required drawings; (c) To prepare the necessary contract(s); (d) To obtain the necessary approvals in conjunction with the Municipality, the County Health Unit and the Ministry of the Environment, and any other approval authority, as required. (e) To provide the field layout, the contract documentation and the full time supervision of construction. (f) To maintain all records of construction and upon completion, to advise the General Manager of Infrastructure and Development of all construction changes and to prepare final “as built” drawings. Paper prints and digital versions of the “as built” drawings shall be submitted to the Municipality prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Final Acceptance. (g) To act as the representative of the Developer in all matters pertaining to the construction of the Works. (h) To provide co-ordination and scheduling to comply with the timing provisions of this Agreement and the requirements of General Manager of Infrastructure and Development, for all Works specified in this Agreement. (i) To provide certification that the installation of the Works and are in conformance with the approved Plans and Specifications, such certification to be in a form acceptable to the Municipal Solicitor and General Manager of Infrastructure and Development (j) To take such other actions as may be required by the Municipality, acting reasonably, for the completion of the subdivision in accordance with this Agreement and good engineering practices.

(k) The Developer shall notify the Municipality immediately if they change the Professional Engineer employed by the Developer for the development of the Lands.
Developer’s Engineer. The Developer must employ a civil engineer, architect or landscape architect, as appropriate, licensed to practice in the State of Texas, for the design and preparation of the plans and specifications for the construction of all Improvements required to be constructed by the Developer under this Agreement.

Digital files shall be recorded by GPS using NAD 83 UTM Zone 17N with an accuracy of 100 mm or less, in the format of ArcGIS 9.2 (or compatible version) with the inclusion of x, y coordinates for all applicable points of reference. (g) To act as the representative of the Developer in all matters pertaining to the construction. (h) To provide co-ordination and scheduling to comply with the timing provisions of this Agreement and the requirements of the Municipality’s Engineer, for all Works specified in this Agreement. (i) To provide certification that the installation of services was in conformance to said plans and specifications, such certification to be in a form acceptable to the Municipality’s Solicitor and the Municipality’s Engineer. (j) To take such other actions as may be required by the Municipality, acting reasonably, for the completion of the subdivision in accordance with this Agreement and good engineering practices.
Developer’s Engineer. The Developer warrants: i) that Developer has retained a duly registered professional civil engineer authorized to practice in Minnesota to prepare the Plans; and ii) such engineer has prepared the Plans in conformance with the City’s standard specifications for the Improvements.

Developer’s Engineer. Developer is responsible for engaging the services of a professional engineer, licensed and certified in the state of Washington, to design the proposed main extension or improvement, manage and supervise its construction, and certify to the District's satisfaction that the system improvements have been installed according to approved plans and specifications and meet or exceed all applicable testing requirements of the District.
Developer’s Engineer. 3.1 The Owner shall, at his own expense obtain the services of a competent engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario to; 3.2 prepare and furnish all required plans and drawings for construction of the works; 3.3 prepare all necessary tender documents and contracts; 3.4 obtain the necessary approvals in conjunction with the Town or its agents; 3.5 provide field inspection and lay-out, contract administration and supervision of construction to the satisfaction of the Town. The Town may, where reasonably necessary, require the Owner to provide a resident engineer or other qualified person at the subdivision site in furtherance of the Owner’s obligation aforesaid; 3.6 obtain all records of construction of the works and upon completion of the works, deposit “as constructed” plans in a printed and digital PDF format satisfactory to the Town; 3.7 furnish the Town, at no cost to the Town with a certificate for the grading and drainage of the subdivision, including as constructed grading plans showing the direction of drainage, drainage xxxxxx, design elevations, retaining walls, berms, etc. that has not been constructed as per the approved grading plan, certifying that the proposed lot grading and drainage is in conformity with the overall drainage plan for the plan approved by the Town; 3.8 act as the Owner’s representative in all matters pertaining to construction for all the services specified in this agreement; 3.9 provide to the Town as and when required, copies of any or all contracts or subcontracts or both entered into by or on behalf of the Owner for the construction of any or all of the works, together with any or all of the following contract documentation; 3.9.1 provide certificates of progress payments, 3.9.2 provide certificates of the substantial performance given pursuant to the provisions of the Construction Lien Act, and 3.9.3 provide particulars of publication of the certificate of the substantial performance. 3.9.4 provide WSIB Clearance Certificate from developer and contractor.
Developer’s Engineer. Developer shall require Developer’s Engineer to complete shop drawing review and coordination, attend progress and start-up meetings, respond to requests for interpretation and during the construction of the Project certify Project's construction.
