DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. As a condition of the development or redevelopment of any lot within the Plan; the provision, maintenance and use of the following facilities and matters are required and regulated as follows:
DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. Subject to sub-paragraph (b), no personal dwelling house shall be erected which shall have a ground floor living area of less than 1,100 square feet (102 square metres).
DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. It is agreed that PARTY2 shall have majority control for all decisions regarding the development of the Property. However, it is agreed that the parties will move as quickly as possible to develop the Property and maximize the profits of all partners.
DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. Without limiting the covenants and obligations set out elsewhere in this Agreement, the Owner covenants:

DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. 5.01 No Development, including excavation and landscaping improvements, shall take place within the Planned Area without application to the Municipality and its prior written approval as to conformity of such Development with the provisions of this Agreement, The Rural Municipality of Headingley Development Plan and Zoning By-laws and any amendments thereto,
5.02 No Development shall be permitted within the Planned Area except for Development required to comply with this condition, until all Municipal Services have been installed to the satisfaction of the Municipal Engineer or arrangements satisfactory to the Municipality for their installation have been made.
5.03 The Developer acknowledges that before commencing any Development, he shall familiarize himself with all designs and specifications of any relevant governmental authority, and agrees that all materials and workmanship to be installed or to be performed by the Developer under this Agreement shall conform to such specifications and designs currently in force and with the requirements under this Agreement and, in the case of any conflict between specifications and designs, the most stringent and onerous requirement shall govern.
5.04 Development will proceed in accordance with phasing as shown in Schedule "C". No Phases may proceed until 70% of the Lots in the preceding Phase have been sold.
DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. (i) Managing Riverview’s development services and processing applications for building permits, development permits, subdivision, zoning compliance and confirmation letters, rezoning and Planning Advisory Committee (“PAC”) applications;
(ii) Assisting with the 3-stage permitting system for foundation location, foundation elevation, lot grading and drainage plans for single and two-unit dwellings;
(iii) Responding to public planning, development and zoning inquiries;
(iv) Monitoring terms and conditions and conditional zoning agreements to ensure compliance with approved development plans; and
(v) Providing support with by-law enforcement on zoning matters.
(vi) Providing final copies of all approved subdivision plans to Riverview’s Engineering Department.
DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. 5.01 The Developer acknowledges that the Municipality may rescind the Development Permit issued by it in such circumstances aforesaid and further may issue such Stop Order as it may lawfully be empowered to do, including applying for and obtaining an Injunction from the Court of Queen’s Bench for the Province of Saskatchewan enjoining further development respecting the Project and any costs including legal costs on a solicitor and client basis incurred by the Municipality in enforcing its rights hereunder shall be paid by and be the responsibility of the Developer
DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. No personal dwelling house shall be erected on the lands other than a duplex.
DEVELOPMENT CONTROL. Subdivision of Lots 4 - 10 inclusive shall not be permitted (i.e. duplex, triplex or fourplex).
