Development of Safety Plans. A District-wide committee shall be established, with unit members from each school participating, for the purpose of developing general guidelines and standard operating procedures to implement in situations posing a serious safety problem for staff and pupils at a school site. Unit members shall receive release time for work on the committee. The District Safety Committee shall also formulate a plan for developing disaster preparedness. The guidelines and procedures developed by the Safety Committee shall be presented to the Governing Board for approval by December 1st of each school year. Copies of the plan will be distributed to each bargaining unit member and will be posted at each school site. 13.11.1 The District is responsible for coordinating contact with outside agencies, maintenance of Emergency Procedures Manuals, policy development and review (as recommended by the District Safety Committee), periodic training, equipment maintenance, coordination of emergency evacuation drills, maintenance of worksite safety supplies, and maintenance of worksite safety devices as required by law.

  • Development Plans Shipper has provided Gatherer with a report attached hereto as Exhibit D (the “Current Development Plan”) describing in detail, as of January 1, 2017, the planned development, drilling, and production activities to take place with respect to Dedicated Production for the applicable Development Period. The information contained in the TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**). Current Development Plan is broken out on a Subsystem-by-Subsystem basis and, with respect to the first three Years covered by the Current Development Plan, on a Quarter-by-Quarter basis, and with respect to the remaining Years covered by the Current Development Plan, on a Year-by-Year basis. The Current Development Plan attached hereto has been approved by the Parties. (a) From time to time during each Year of the Term, the Parties shall meet to discuss the planned development, drilling, and production activities that Shipper expects to take place with respect to Dedicated Production for the then-applicable Development Period. Shipper and Gatherer shall each make their respective representatives available to participate in such meetings and discussions. No later than August 1 of each such Year, Shipper shall provide (or cause to be provided) to Gatherer a proposed update of the then-currently agreed Development Plan, prepared on the same basis as the Current Development Plan and describing in detail the planned development, drilling, and production activities to take place with respect to Dedicated Production for the then-applicable Development Period (any such update, an “Updated Development Plan” and, together with the Current Development Plan, each, a “Development Plan”). Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall Gatherer be required to agree to any Updated Development Plan and corresponding updated Gathering System Plan that contains a Committed Build-Out that (i) has a corresponding Target Completion Date that occurs after the end of the Initial Term, and (ii) Gatherer, in its sole discretion, does not wish to approve. (b) Each proposed Development Plan shall include information as to the following, in each case, broken out on a Subsystem-by-Subsystem basis and, with respect to the first three Years covered by such Development Plan, on a Quarter-by-Quarter basis, and, with respect to the remaining Years covered by such Development Plan, on a Year-by-Year basis: (i) all Xxxxx that, as of the date such Development Plan was delivered, are currently in existence and (A) the production therefrom is being delivered into the Gathering System, or (B) are awaiting connection to the Gathering System; (ii) the Xxxxx that are expected to be drilled during the time period covered by such Development Plan (each such Well reflected in such Development Plan, a “Planned Well”), and the estimated timing of the drilling of such Planned Xxxxx; (iii) forward-looking production estimates for the applicable time period covered by such Development Plan for all Shipper Gas (A) that Shipper reasonably and in good faith believes will become owned or Controlled by Shipper during the time period covered by such Development Plan, and/or (B) that will be produced from (I) in the aggregate, all Xxxxx then-existing and (II) in the aggregate, any Planned Xxxxx included in such Development Plan (such collective estimates described in subsections (A) and (B), both with respect to a particular Quarter and an entire Year, the “Dedicated Production Estimates”); TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**). (iv) forward-looking estimates for the applicable time period covered by such Development Plan of the aggregate volumes of those Shipper Injected Liquids that Shipper intends to Tender to the Injection Points hereunder to receive the System Services (such estimates, both with respect to a particular Quarter and an entire Year, the “System Liquids Estimates” and, together with the Dedicated Production Estimates, the “System Production Estimates”); (v) (A) each new receipt point (including the location thereof) proposed by Shipper with respect to the System Production Estimate reflected in such Development Plan (each such receipt point, including those located at the site of a Planned Well, a “Planned Receipt Point”), (B) each Receipt Point at which Shipper expects to Tender Shipper Gas and/or Shipper Injected Liquids reflected in such Development Plan into the Gathering System, and (C) the estimated portion of the System Production Estimate contained in such Development Plan that Shipper expects to Tender at each such Receipt Point and Planned Receipt Point; (vi) the earliest date on which each Planned Well included in the Development Plan is estimated to be completed and producing, which date shall not be earlier than three Months after the January 1st that is immediately subsequent to the date that the Development Plan that initially reflected such Planned Well was delivered to Gatherer hereunder; (vii) the anticipated characteristics of the production from the Xxxxx and Planned Xxxxx reflected in such Development Plan (including liquids content and gas and liquids composition) and the projected production volumes and production pressures applicable thereto; provided that Shipper may utilize the existing and historical production information from similarly situated Xxxxx; (viii) (A) each new delivery point (including the location thereof) proposed by Shipper with respect to the System Production Estimate reflected in such Development Plan (each such delivery point, a “Planned Delivery Point”), (B) each Delivery Point at which Shipper expects Shipper Gas produced from the Xxxxx and Planned Xxxxx reflected in such Development Plan to be redelivered to Shipper, (C) each Delivery Point at which Shipper expects any Drip Liquids allocated to Shipper in accordance with this Agreement and/or Shipper Injected Liquids to be redelivered to Shipper, and (D) the estimated portion of the System Production Estimate contained in such Development Plan that Shipper expects to be redelivered to Shipper at each such Delivery Point and Planned Delivery Point; (ix) any (A) proposed revision to the then-existing Dedicated Area and/or any then-existing Dedicated Contract and/or (B) any new contract that Shipper proposes to be a Dedicated Contract; and (x) other information reasonably requested by Gatherer that is relevant to the design, construction, and operation of the Gathering System, including (A) any Subsystem Extension proposed by Shipper, (B) the relevant Receipt Point, Planned Receipt Point, Delivery Point and Planned Delivery Point facilities applicable to such TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**).   • Health and Safety Plan Consultant shall prepare and submit a Health and Safety Plan (“HASP”) for the portion of Consultant’s work that will involve field work, assessments, or investigations of certain Project elements. The HASP shall describe how Consultant plans to complete field work, assessments, and/or investigations at the RWF. Consultant’s HASP must comply with the CIP HASP and shall be updated as new conditions are encountered.

  • Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK

  • Health and Safety Committees In order to provide a safe and healthful workplace, local unit level LMCs shall establish Health and Safety Committees. Each committee will be composed of an equal number of representatives appointed by the Union and the Employer and will be co-chaired by a Union and Employer representative. A Union representative must be a member of the unit but either party may be accompanied by staff and/or other subject matter experts who may participate, but not vote, at meetings. Each party shall prepare and submit an agenda to the other party one week prior to any scheduled meeting. If neither party submits an agenda, the meeting shall be canceled. Each committee’s general responsibility will be to provide a safe and healthful workplace by recognizing hazards and recommending the abatement of hazards and educational programs. Each committee will: 1. Meet on an established schedule; 2. arrange periodic inspections to detect, evaluate and offer recommendations for control of potential health and safety hazards; 3. appoint members of the committee to participate in inspections, investigations, or other established health and safety functions to the extent necessary; 4. receive and review a quarterly summary of job-related health and safety reports including accident reports and make appropriate recommendations; 5. investigate all types of employee job-related accidents and all types of occupational illnesses and make recommendations; 6. promote health and safety education; 7. study the use of VDTs and make appropriate recommendations to ensure the health and safety of employees regarding such use; 8. maintain and review minutes of all committee meetings; and 9. review the availability and adequacy of first aid supplies and equipment and address any inadequacies. In cases where summary reports are provided, a committee member may request and receive an individual case file or report. In no case will an employee’s records be provided when the law forbids disclosure. In addition, employees’ names will normally be deleted but may be provided to all committee members in instances where committee members need to know the name(s) of employee(s) to effectively represent the bargaining unit(s) and disclosure of name(s) is not prohibited by law. The Employer may require committee members and union representatives to sign confidentiality statements. Members of each Health and Safety Committee will be paid by the Employer while performing committee duties, including travel time, and will also be paid for any time spent in committee approved training related to health and safety. The Committee will develop an annual training program for its members. Each Health and Safety Committee will establish rules consistent with the above principles. A mechanism to coordinate the efforts of individual Health and Safety Committees will be established at each agency.

  • SAFETY & HEALTH A. Employees covered by this Agreement who are uniformly and periodically required by the Company to take physical examinations because of the duties they perform shall be scheduled and paid for the time spent taking such examinations in accordance with the Company's established procedures for employees under this Agreement. The Company will schedule the exam in a way that is not unduly burdensome to the employee or the Company. The provisions of this Paragraph shall not apply to employees required to take physical examinations after absence due to illness or any physical examinations other than those specified above. B. The Company hereby agrees to maintain safe, sanitary and healthful working conditions in all shops and facilities and to maintain on all shifts emergency first aid equipment at a first aid station to take care of its employees in case of accident or illness, and that sufficient employees will be given initial and recurrent first aid / CPR training. It is understood that this does not require the Company to maintain a nurse or doctor on the property, but in an emergency the Company will utilize the appropriate emergency services. C. The Company agrees to furnish good drinking water and sanitary fountains; the floors of the toilets and washrooms will be kept in good repair and in a clean, dry, sanitary condition. Employees will cooperate in maintaining the foregoing conditions Shops and washrooms will be lighted and heated in the best manner possible consistent with the source of heat and light available. Individual lockers will be provided for all employees where space and lockers are available. Every effort will be made as early as possible to provide space and lockers for all employees. D. The Company, Union, and employees will cooperate toward the prevention of accidents and the furtherance of an aggressive safety program. A joint Company- E. The Company shall furnish all necessary safety devices for employees working on hazardous or unsanitary work, and employees will be required to use or wear such devices in performing such work. F. The Company will furnish appropriate aprons, gloves and shoes to all employees required to work with acids and chemicals that are injurious to clothing while such employees are engaged in such activities, and employees will be required to wear such equipment. G. Employees taken sick or injured while at work, shall be given medical attention as promptly as reasonably practicable. Employees will not be refused permission to return to work because they have not signed releases of liability pending the disposition or settlement of any claims which they may have for compensation arising out of such sickness or injury. H. In cases of occupational injury or illness employees may elect to be treated by their personal physician, and decline treatment from others, provided they have their physician registered with United's medical department prior to the occurrence of illness or injury. The Company's physician will retain the right to monitor the employee's course of treatment. I. United will maintain a Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control Plan which satisfies the requirements of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen regulations. Corporate Safety agrees to consider any proposed changes to the Plan that may be suggested by the Union in an effort to improve the safety of employees in their work environment and to solicit comments from the Union whenever routine revisions are made to the Plan. The Company agrees to make available, at no cost to covered employees, complete post- exposure evaluation including necessary blood work and medications. J. The Flight Safety Committee shall function as described in Letter of Agreement #21. K. In the event the IBT and the Company jointly petition the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) for, and are granted, formal party or observer status in connection with an investigation involving a Company incident or accident, the Company and the IBT will L. Any MSAP program will be covered in a stand alone MOU between the Company, the Union and the FAA. While there is a valid MOU the Company will sponsor 1 full-time, IBT representative to participate on the ERC scheduled Mon-Fri, on traditional business hours. This position will in all respects be treated in a similar manner regarding necessary transportation as other IBT staff positions. The Company agrees to supply access to office space appropriate for the confidentiality needs of the position and access to office supplies. M. In the event the Company requires employees covered by this Agreement to wear protective footwear as personal protective equipment, the Company will provide an allowance to such employees for the actual cost of protective footwear that complies with Company standards. Such allowance shall be up to a maximum of $52.80 per year per employee on a rolling calendar basis.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Joint Health and Safety Committee (a) The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of occupational health and safety in the organization, in order to prevent accidents, injury and illness. The parties agree to promote health and safety throughout the organization. The employer shall provide orientation and training in health and safety to new and current employees on an ongoing basis, and employees shall attend required health and safety training sessions. (b) Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Employer agrees to accept as a member of its Joint Health and Safety Committee, at least one representative from the bargaining unit. The number of committee members will be no less than that determined by legislation and the bargaining unit will be entitled to the same membership as any other employee group on the committees. The Union shall notify the employer of their representatives. (c) Such Committee shall identify potential dangers and hazards, institute means of improving health and safety programs, and recommend actions to be taken to improve conditions related to occupational health and safety. (d) The Employer agrees to cooperate reasonably in providing necessary information to enable the Committee to fulfill its functions. The Committee shall respect the confidentiality of the information. (e) The Union agrees to endeavour to obtain the full cooperation of its membership in the observation of all safety rules and practices. (f) Meetings shall be held every third month or more frequently at the call of either co-chair, if required. The Committee shall keep Minutes of all meetings and make the Minutes available for review. (g) All time spent by a member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee attending meetings of the Committee and carrying out the members duties, shall be deemed to be time worked for which the member shall be paid by the Employer at the member's applicable rate of pay, and the member shall be entitled to such time from the member's work as necessary for those duties. (h) The employer shall take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances for the protection of a worker. [Occupational Health and Safety Act, s. 25
