Development of Service. Headxxxxxx.xxx xxxl devote all engineering resources necessary for Yahoo to achieve the Service Launch Date by midnight March 6, 2001, and will provide on-going assistance to Yahoo with regard to technical, administrative and service-oriented issues relating to the utilization, encoding, transmission and maintenance of the Headxxxxxx.xxx Xxxtent, as Yahoo may reasonably request. The Service will be publicly launched only upon Yahoo's final approval of Service test results. Following the Service Launch Date, Headxxxxxx.xxx xxxl, at no cost to Yahoo, (a) provide on-going assistance to Yahoo with regard to technical, administrative and service-oriented issues relating to the utilization, transmission and maintenance of the Headxxxxxx.xxx Xxxtent, and with regard to all other aspects of the Service; and (b) make engineers available to Yahoo as necessary to work through and correct bugs and to collaborate on Enhancements and functional adjustments and improvements per Section 5.2 below. Development of Service. The Parties will work together to develop the OBP Service and the OBP System and interfaces necessary to support such service. Except as otherwise set forth in Sections 4.4, 4.8 and Article VIII, the OBP Service shall be exclusive to Net2Phone. Development of Service. Additional to the requirements outlined in this specification, NHSBT expect the service provider to suggest service improvements which could impact on customer service as and when appropriate in line with developments in technology & systems, and have the capacity to implement any agreed developments.
Development of Service. Skillbased will continue to develop and enhance the basic service over time and as suggested or requested by users or partners. The basic service provides a structured data storage for the users’ career history and functions for users to present and share it through customized profiles or CVs.   • Engagement of Services Company may issue Project Assignments to Contractor in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A (Project Assignment). A Project Assignment will become binding when both parties have signed it and once signed, Contractor will be obligated to provide the services as specified in such Project Assignment.   • Quality of Service Contractor shall perform its services with care, skill, and diligence, in accordance with the applicable professional standards currently recognized by such profession, and shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, completeness, and coordination of all reports, designs, drawings, plans, information, specifications, and/or other items and services furnished under this Agreement.   • Exclusivity of Services The Subadviser shall devote its best efforts and such time as it deems necessary to provide prompt and expert service to Client and the Fund.   • Quality of Services (a) The Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other services furnished pursuant to this Agreement.
