Diesel. Ensure that the fuel tank is capable of operating the sign for a period of 72 hours without refueling. Equip with an exhaust muffler and a United States Department of Forestry approved spark arrester. Ensure that the engine is shock mounted to reduce vibration and locked in a ventilated enclosure.

Diesel. The price for diesel used by CONTRACTOR used to set the base price per tonne of ore is US$0.52 (Fifty two cents X.X.XX.) per liter. CONTRACTOR is therefore liable for paying the cost of diesel up to US$0.52 per liter, and it CLIENT is liable for paying the cost of diesel in excess of US$0.52 per liter. With the intention of maintaining the price of $0.52 per liter, CLIENT shall supply CONTRACTOR of its own, as of the fifth month of operations, all necessary Diesel to fulfill the production programs. Diesel shall be supplied at Site during the lifetime of this Agreement, and the Diesel factor in the escalating formula (this formula is described herein below) shall remain steady and CONTRACTOR shall be obliged to deduct 0.52 USD per liter out of the corresponding invoicing.

(b) Payment will be made by the owing Party, to an account at a bank nominated by the receiving Party, by electronic funds transfer, within two Business Days of receipt of the invoice.
(c) The average monthly price for each grade of diesel is the arithmetic average of the daily mean quotes, posted days only, during the delivery month. A daily mean quote is the average daily quoted low and high price for each grade of diesel as published by Xxxxx'x Oil Service for Group 3, FOB the custody transfer point, plus the differentials detailed in Schedule C of the Agreement.
(d) The monthly price adjustment for diesel is the difference between the price invoiced using the provisional pricing and the average monthly price for a grade of diesel as calculated in paragraph C(c) above.

Diesel. You acknowledge that the ANUSA bus (2013 Toyota Hiace Commuter) is a diesel vehicle and must ONLY be filled with diesel fuel. It is your responsibility as driver to ensure that the vehicle is only filled with diesel. Please sign below to acknowledge that you have carefully read section 3 of this agreement and agree to liability of any costs associated with incorrectly filling the fuel tank of the ANUSA bus. A $500 bond is payable at the time of hire, which will be returned if the bus is returned in a clean and undamaged state at the agreed time and XXXXX has not suffered any loss arising from either a breach of this agreement or any negligent or wrongful conduct by the driver or the hiring group in respect of the vehicle. If there is evidence of driving off-road or breaking any conditions of this agreement, ANUSA may choose to permanently and indefinitely ban the hirer from using the bus. For the avoidance of doubt the hirer is responsible for the conduct of any person in respect of the bus, while the bus is in the care and custody of the hirer. Users will be charged $25 AUD per day (or part thereof) to hire the bus. The amount payable for bus hire will be deducted from the $500 deposit given at the time of vehicle pick-up. In the event that the bus hire cost exceeds $500, the deposit will not be returned and any outstanding charges must be paid at the return of the vehicle. Drivers are responsible for paying all diesel costs within the hire period. The bus must be returned with a full tank of diesel, at your expense. If the tank is not filled upon return, an administrative cost of $30 will be charged for the inconvenience of refilling, in addition to the cost of the refuel. A flat rate cleaning fee of $30 will be charged for any hire exceeding 24 hours. One day only hires will be charged a cleaning fee of $15. An additional cleaning fee of $350 will be charged if the bus is returned in an unacceptable state and requires a deep clean, at the discretion of the ANUSA Executive. Subject to this clause 4, the remaining amount of the bus deposit, after deduction of bus hire costs and any costs or losses incurred by ANUSA as a result of the bus hire, will be returned upon receipt of an approved ANUSA Bus Hire Condition Form.
