Clark County shall submit invoices for the reimbursement up to the full amount of the XXXX xxxxx award. Invoices shall be supported by a detailed list of the equipment and services purchased or leased with a description and cost.

DISTRIBUTION OF EQUIPMENT a. Communications District will purchase and provide the City for use of its public safety agencies (Shreveport Fire Department/EMS and Shreveport Police Department) 1,544 mobile and portable radio units and accessories, including de-installation and installation of mobile radio units in public safety first responders’ vehicles and including a three (3)-year warranty that commences at radio system acceptance by the Communications District, at a total capital cost to the Communications District of $2,914,395.40. b. Radios and accessories that the Communications District provides to City for use by its public safety agencies will be provided at no initial cost to the City. However, upon expiration of the radio units’ warranties, City agrees to pay the Communications District $5.00 per month per radio used by City’s public safety agencies to offset the Communications District’s expenses for on- going maintenance of its radio system. During and after the warranty period Communications District will provide depot level maintenance for the radios used by City’s public safety agencies. c. District will xxxx each City department/agency on either a monthly, quarterly or annual basis at the discretion of the department/agency. Payments will be due within thirty (30) days of statement date. d. Each portable or mobile radio unit distributed will have a Communications District Fixed Asset Management tag, which will be used to track unit number, make, model, department, and individual to which the unit is assigned. This shall be done in accordance with all applicable state laws regarding asset management. e. Mobile radio equipment installation will be performed by Motorola’s subcontractor, Shreveport Communications, at a mutually agreed upon location for all radio equipment supplied by Communications District. Each City agency will coordinate with Communications District personnel for the scheduling of such installations and be responsible for keeping installation appointments or timely notifying Communications District staff when installation appointments need to be rescheduled. City hereby acknowledges that vehicles will have to be taken out of service during the installation process. Communications District will endeavor to minimize out of service time. f. Communications District’s ECC (1144 Texas Avenue) is the distribution point for the distribution of all portable radios and ancillary equipment. DISTRIBUTION OF EQUIPMENT. ● Each student K-12th grade will receive a device and charger. ● Students who leave Webberville Community School District during the school year must return the device before leaving the district. Failure to do so will result in legal action. ● Students will be provided a Webberville email address and will not be allowed to email individuals outside of the Webberville domain using the account. ● Each device will be distributed at the start of the school year. The device will be collected during the final week of the school year. Any equipment not returned at the end of the school year will be considered lost or stolen, which may result in additional fees and/or legal action. ● The full cost of replacing the technology device will be $350.00.

After expiration of the warranty for radios used by City’s non-public safety agencies, City will be responsible for all maintenance services on said radios at its expense and by provider(s) of its choice. Upon expiration of the three-year warranty, the City agrees to pay the Communications District $5.00 per month per radio for all non-public safety City departments for use and on-going maintenance of the radio system. c. City will reimburse District the cost of radio units provided to City’s non-public safety departments/agencies as follows: $30 per month for a period of 36 months for portable radios and $53 per month for a period of 36 months for mobile radios. Purchased accessories will be totaled and divided by 36 months. Additionally, City agrees to reimburse the District for costs associated with the accessories that the Communications District purchased at the request of the City’s non-public safety agencies as outlined in Exhibit A. d. District will xxxx each City department/agency on either a monthly, quarterly or annual basis at the discretion of the department/agency. Payments will be due within thirty (30) days of statement date. e.   • Location of Equipment The Customer shall not remove the Equipment from the location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment, without prior written approval of the Company. The Customer shall inform the Company by email upon demand of the exact location of the Equipment while it is in the Customer’s possession.

  • DISPOSITION OF EQUIPMENT The Grantee shall provide to the State, not less than 30 calendar days prior to submission of the final invoice, an itemized inventory of equipment purchased with funds provided by the State. The inventory shall include all items with a current estimated fair market value of more than $5,000.00 per item. Within 60 calendar days of receipt of such inventory the State shall provide the Grantee with a list of the items on the inventory that the State will take title to. All other items shall become the property of the Grantee. The State shall arrange for delivery from the Grantee of items that it takes title to. Cost of transportation, if any, shall be borne by the State.

  • Substitution of Equipment In the event the Computer is inoperable, ASL has a limited number of spare laptops for use while the Computer is being repaired or replaced. This agreement remains in effect for such a substitute. The Student may NOT opt to keep a broken Computer or to avoid using the Computer due to loss or damage.

  • Installation of Equipment You represent that there are no legal, contractual or similar restrictions on the installation of the Equipment in the location(s) you have authorized. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, homeowners’ association rules, covenants, conditions, and restrictions related to the Service, to pay any fees or other charges, and to obtain any permits or authorizations necessary for the installation or use of the Service (collectively "Legal Requirements"). You are solely responsible for any fines or similar charges for violation of any applicable Legal Requirements. You acknowledge and agree that Viasat or its designated service provider will be required to access your premises and computer to install and maintain the Equipment, including, without limitation, the antenna and its components. Standard Equipment installations performed by Viasat-authorized installers include: (i) installation of the antenna to an outside wall or sloped roof; (ii) travel to and from your Service location within 50 miles of the installer’s office; (iii) cable routed through one exterior wall and one interior wall or floor; (iv) connection of the antenna to the modem using up to 150 feet of cable; (v) connection of the modem to one computer using up to 7 feet of cable; and (vi) required mounting and cabling hardware. Any different or additional installation services or hardware are non-standard and may result in additional charges to be agreed upon between you and the installer. All installations include attaching the Equipment to your computer, installing software on your computer and configuring your computer to optimize the performance of the Internet Service. You confirm that you have reviewed the installation plan and agreed to any associated charges. If you approved a roof mount, you acknowledge the potential risks associated with this type of installation (including, without limitation, with respect to any warranty that applies to your roof or roof membrane). By signing this Agreement, scheduling one or more service or installation visits, and permitting us or our service provider to enter your home, you are authorizing Viasat and its service provider to perform all of the above actions. You are responsible for backing up the data on your computer and we highly recommend that you do so prior to permitting access to us or one of our designated service providers. NEITHER VIASAT NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE EQUIPMENT OR ANY INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR OTHER SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO YOUR PREMISES OR LOSS OF SOFTWARE, DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION FROM YOUR COMPUTER. This limitation does not apply to any damages arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of us or one of our designated service providers. Time frames for installation, if any, are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the types of services requested and other factors.

  • Return of Equipment Additional charges will apply as specified in the Lease Addendum if (i) you fail to return the modem and transceiver within 30 days after termination of this Agreement, or (ii) you agree to upgrade your Internet Service, which requires the activation of a new modem, and you fail to return your original modem within 45 days after agreeing to upgrade your Internet Service. If you purchased your Equipment, you are not required to return the Equipment upon termination of this Agreement. In any event, Viasat is not obligated to de-install the Equipment.

  • Condition of Equipment Each Grantor will maintain or cause to be maintained and preserved in good condition, repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted, the Equipment (necessary or useful to its business) and will forthwith, or in the case of any loss or damage to any Equipment of any Grantor within a commercially reasonable time after the occurrence thereof, make or cause to be made all repairs, replacements and other improvements in connection therewith which are necessary or desirable, consistent with past practice, or which the Collateral Agent may request to such end. Any Grantor will promptly furnish to the Collateral Agent a statement describing in reasonable detail any such loss or damage in excess of $25,000 per occurrence to any Equipment.

  • Distribution of Materials You will keep an accurate record of the names and addresses of all persons to whom you give copies of the Registration Statement, the Prospectus, any Preliminary Prospectus (or any amendment or supplement thereto) or any Offering Circular or any Preliminary Offering Circular and, when furnished with any subsequent amendment to the Registration Statement, any subsequent Prospectus, any subsequent Offering Circular or any memorandum outlining changes in the Registration Statement or any Prospectus or Offering Circular, you will, upon request of the Manager, promptly forward copies thereof to such persons.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • Distribution of Overtime Overtime shall be distributed as equally as feasible among qualified employees customarily performing the kind of work required, and currently assigned to the work unit in which the overtime is to be worked. When the assignment of overtime work causes an unusual burden upon the employee, the employee shall not be required to work overtime unless the absence would cause the Agency to be unable to meet its responsibilities.
