District Requirements. Teachers who do not meet District requirements will not be advanced on the Career Ladder. Credits for the District requirement may be earned by correspondence, through extension work, or on campus. Travel may be allowed when it is sponsored by an accredited institution of higher learning, credit is given, and credits are shown on a transcript.
District Requirements. The maximum number of full-time bargaining Unit Members absent for the Professional Development/Sabbatical Leave in a semester shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of faculty.
District Requirements. 9.1.7.1 The number of bargaining unit members absent for the sabbatical leave in a semester shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of faculty. To the greatest extent possible, the sabbatical leaves approved for a given academic year shall be equally distributed between semesters, and in no academic year shall the number of leaves in each semester vary by more than twenty percent (20%). The Sabbatical Leave Review Board shall consult with individuals and with divisions to achieve this number and to achieve a balance between the fall and spring semesters. If this consultation does not achieve a fall/spring semester balance and no more than the maximum number of allowable leaves per semester, the Sabbatical Leave Review Board may establish leave priorities on the basis first, of leave seniority; second, seniority at the college; and finally, by lot.
District Requirements a) Refer to and comply with the additional district requirements described in Attachment 4—Additional District Requirements.
District Requirements. A. DISTRICT will provide training to VENDOR staff prior to VENDOR participation in Program.
B. DISTRICT will provide VENDOR with forms and any other applicable Program materials.
C. DISTRICT shall process payment requests upon a completed and approved Sales Report/Payment Request and issue payments monthly, but may issue payments sooner as needed.

Contractor shall comply with the following: Identification: When performing work, Contractor, any subcontractors, and their employees, agents and representatives shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District, in its sole discretion, determines is required to easily identify Contractor’s, its subcontractors, and their employees, agents, and representatives. Contractor, any subcontractors, and their employees, agents, and representatives shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor, any subcontractors, and their employees, agents and representative cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.
District Requirements. The boards of two or more districts may, after consultation with the department, enter into an agreement providing for:
(1) discontinuance by all districts except one of at least the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades; and
(2) instruction of the pupils in the discontinued grades in one of the cooperating districts. Each district must continue to operate a school with at least three grades. Before entering into a final agreement, the boards must provide a copy of this agreement to the commissioner.

The District will provide all required data/information to eDimension in a timely manner. • The District will ensure accuracy of data/information supplied to eDimension. • The District will certify all E-rate forms. • The District will provide eDimension with the following item prior to the start of services: o Fully executed copy of this agreement o Purchase Order o Letter of Agency • The District will provide a single point of contact for project coordination with eDimension.
