Document Scope. The purpose of this agreement is to define the expectations and responsibilities of the XSEDE Xxxxx 0 service providers with respect to security and incident response. This agreement between these service providers and XSEDE lays down the foundation of the relationships necessary to (i) protect XSEDE assets, (ii) respond to threats to those assets, and (iii) maintain the lines of communication necessary for the former two goals.
Document Scope. This document details the definition of the FWA equipment to be supplied by Airspan to AXtel. Note that “Qty.” refers to the quantity of a component required for that configuration. Where the quantity of a component required for a configuration differs from the unit of measure for that component, the unit of measure is included in the description of that component. Equipment can only be ordered in whole multiples of the associated unit of measure.
Document Scope. This document details the definition and pricing of the FWA equipment to be supplied by Airspan to AXtel as per the “FWA Supply Agreement”. All prices are in US dollars. CIP for RSS & RIS are quoted as @ Airspan American consolidation warehouse for Mexico (currently Texas, USA). Ex-works terms for RBS & FET are quoted @ Airspan RBS manufacturing site (currently Dumfermline Scotland) and Ex-works terms for REM are quoted @ Airspan REM integration site (currently Dumfermline Scotland).
Document Scope. This document presents the functionality and the implementation details of the following two Smart Farming (SF) applications: • The “gaiasense web-based application” that provides access to detailed current and historic environmental information of selected parcels (fields) along with scientific based indications on the associated hazards with regards to irrigation and pest management. • The “gaiasense mobile application” tailored to the needs of users that are on the move while performing various tasks (e.g. farmers visiting different fields and applying various cultivation practices) hence only crucial information summaries are presented to small-mobile devices. This document also provides an overview of the gaiasense (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx/en) - cloud based - information management system that provides to both the web-based and mobile applications access to the necessary data in support of their overall functionality.
Document Scope. This document presents the technical design specifications of the Life gaiasense Smart Farming (SF) application to be used by the advisors, the agronomists and the farmers. Given that the targeted users demonstrate different needs from a SF application, two versions of the service are specified:  The gaiasense web-based app is expected to be utilised by the agronomists and the advisors through resource rich devices (e.g. desktop and laptop personal computers). This web-based app will provide access to detailed data (both historical and real time) for the prevailing environmental conditions on the targeted parcels (fields). In addition, scientific based indications on the associated hazards with regards to irrigation and pest management will also be available. Moreover, various events (e.g. phenological stages, irrigation actions, sprays applied) will be visualised to support specialists formulate the respective advice that will be mediated to the farmers.  The gaiasense mobile app is expected to be utilised by the farmers through mobile devices (e.g. smart-phones, tablets). Users like that, are expected to be on the move while performing various tasks (e.g. visiting different farms and applying various cultivation practices). Hence, the information needed by their side, should be first filtered to the most crucial aspects and then presented accordingly. At the same time the app will also operate as a mediator for accepting feedback from the farmer to further enhance the overall information richness of the backend system. Both applications will be based on the gaiasense cloud services which will serve as a common back- end information management set of services that provide access to the necessary data both to gaiasense web-based and the mobile apps in support of their overall functionality. This document builds on information about the functional requirements collected within the frame of action A1 that have been utilised in order to draw the basic design principles for the development of the two software applications. A first version of the mockups had been presented to agronomists in face2face meetings. The agronomists have evaluated the design and have made suggestions regarding the different types of information that are of interest for the different users groups. The suggestions have been incorporated in the final design of the mock-ups.
Document Scope. The main scope of this deliverable is to describe the pest/disease management, irrigation and fertilization SF advices that were applied to the 11 Use Cases in Greece (see also deliverable “Documentation of use case existing agricultural practices and restrains, requirements, needed interventions and KPIs”). The document also provides a high-level overview of the scientific models operation along with the means utilized for rendering their output.

Document Scope. The main scope of this deliverable is to describe the Use Cases and their related demonstrators. The Use Cases and their demonstrators can be regarded as the “heart” of the project as they will provide the parcels to place the telemetric stations (gaiatrons) and all the necessary data to develop, implement and test the smart farming solutions described in the project. Participants of each Use Case work hand-in-hand with the consortium and the scientific experts. For the first year of the project, 13 Use Cases have been identified, 11 of them located in Greece (hereinafter referred to as first wave), 1 in Spain and 1 in Portugal. For the second year of the project, 5 more Use Cases located in Greece have been identified (hereinafter referred to as second wave). During the Informative Meetings (deliverable “Informative meetings report, including list of demonstration parcels and telemetric stations network deployment plan”), awareness was raised and a common communication language was established among the farmers, agronomists, farming advisors and consortium members regarding the goals of the project, the methodology that will be followed and the role of each member of the Use Cases. With a combination of face-to-face discussions and questionnaires, the profile of each Use Case was obtained containing information about the current agricultural practices, the constraints, and the difficulties the producers face. To ease the process and organize the information, a template was designed and used to summarize the information required for each Use Case. Finally, in this deliverable, the methodology for defining the location of the gaiatrons is being described by exhibiting the data sources, the spatial analysis for defining the climate/soil zones, and the placement study which output is the final list of selected farmers and parcels. The deliverable was revised to include the information about the second wave of Use Cases in Greece but also to specify and correct the average irrigation, fertilization and Pest Management costs of the reference parcels for each Use Case.
Document Scope. The aim of this deliverable is to provide an overview and the guidelines of the marketing plan to be followed by the LIFE GAIA Sense project after the end of the project, when the smart farming services of the gaiasense smart farming system will be commercially available in the countries mentioned in the document: Greece, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and Romania. This deliverable takes into consideration the work that project partners have conducted and presented in the deliverables D9.4 “Initial Marketing Plan”, D9.3 “Market analysis & initial recommendations” and D8 “Initial replicability and transferability plan”. These deliverables provided useful insights that helped identify the specific characteristics of the target markets, as well as other aspects that help in the definition of the final marketing plan. Especially the deliverable D9.3 is the basis which provided an initial version of the marketing approach and activities to be undertaken by the project regarding the extension of gaiasense in new countries. The same document also provided some information on other aspects of interest to this deliverable, such as an analysis of the most important competitors, a proposed concept of the marketing activities and others. All updates since the publication of Deliverable D8 have been implemented in this deliverable, in order to better reflect updates on the smart farming market and the marketing activities to be undertaken in the next period. The deliverable also makes use of existing work undertaken and documented in other deliverables, such as D2 “First policy uptake activities report and material” which sets up the scene regarding the key messages to be used for communicating with various stakeholders. In order to make this deliverable easier to read and understand, instead of repeating information already available in other deliverables, there are references throughout the document to the corresponding deliverables. At the same time, information that was considered necessary for the final version of the Marketing Plan was copied from other deliverables and included in this document, contributing to the development of an integrated document.
