DRUG COURT ALCOHOL AND DRUG TREATMENT SERVICES PAYMENT RATES. In full consideration of the Drug Court funded alcohol and drug treatment services provided to individuals referred by the County, who lack the necessary resources to pay for all, or part, of these services themselves, the aggregate amount County shall be obligated to pay for services rendered under this Agreement and all other Agreements approved collectively by single resolution, shall not exceed: A. ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS ($166,690) for CDCI funded treatment services; and B. ONE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO DOLLARS ($112,562) for DCP funded treatment services. C. From these funds County shall pay Contractor at the rate of $54.25 per bed day, per individual served, for services provided for CDCI and DCP funded residential alcohol and drug treatment services, including food, shelter and other basic needs. D. From these funds County shall pay Contractor at the rate of $17.00 per bed day, per individual served for services provided for DCP/CDCI funded transitional alcohol and drug treatment services, for housing. E. A separate billing and record keeping system will be kept by Contractor for those individuals receiving CDCI and DCP funded Drug Court alcohol and drug treatment services. F. Contractor’s monthly itemized xxxx will include the following: 1. Daisy ID number and name of program participants receiving Drug Court funded alcohol and drug treatment services, name of the referring Drug Court team member for each program participant, and funding source (CDCI or DCP). 2. Dates services were provided for Drug Court alcohol and drug treatment services, broken down by program participant and funding source. 3. Total amount of the xxxx for each month, for each funding source. 4. Contractor will submit itemized xxxx and invoice by the tenth (10) day of the month following the month services were provided. Bills and invoices will be submitted to the Alcohol and Drug Services office for approval and processing for payment. These alcohol and drug treatment services, funded through the federal Center For Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) HIV “Door-to-Treatment” grant, are designated specifically to serve individuals who are in need of substance abuse treatment, and are at high risk for HIV, including 1) men who inject drugs, 2) men who have sex with men, 3) adolescents, 4) women, and 5) individuals released from incarceration within the past two years. Notify Probation Officer and Drug Court Case Manager immediately if program participant misses a session or is discharged from the program. C. A separate billing and record keeping system will be kept by Contractor for those individuals receiving CDCI and DCP funded Nonresidential alcohol and drug treatment services. D. Contractor’s monthly itemized xxxx will include the following: 1. Drug and Alcohol Information System for You (DAISY) ID numbers and name of program participants receiving Drug Court funded alcohol and drug treatment services, name of the referring Drug Court team member, and funding source (CDCI or DCP). 2. Dates services were provided, broken down by program participant, and funding source (CDCI or DCP) 3. Total amount of the xxxx for each month, for each funding source (CDCI or DCP). 4. Number of bed days provided for residential treatment services.

B. From these funds County shall pay Contractor at the rate of for July 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007: 1. $72.10 per bed day, per individual served, for services provided for DCP/CDCI funded residential alcohol and drug treatment services, including food, shelter and other basic needs. 2. $36.05 per individual and group counseling hour provided for DCP/CDCI funded nonresidential alcohol and drug treatment services.‌ 3. $87.55 per client for each day provided for DCP/CDCI funded Day Treatment alcohol and drug treatment services. 4. $17.17 per bed day, per individual served , for services provided for DCP/CDCI funded transitional services alcohol and drug treatment services. Contractor will be reimbursed only for services provided to participants referred to Contractor in writing by County. Contractor will not be reimbursed for any services provided to any participant not referred to Contractor in writing by County. B. In no instance will County reimburse Contractor for services provided to participants prior to the completion of written referral by County. C. In no instance will County reimburse Contractor for a service session the program participant did not attend (a “no-show”). D. County will reimburse Contractor consistent with Alcohol and Drug Program (ADP) Bulletin No. 01-17. E. Contractor will maintain a billing and record keeping system that documents by individual instance of service to each individual participant the services provided under this contract. F. Contractor will submit to County by the tenth (10th) day of the month following the month services were provided an invoice for reimbursement of treatment services in format specified by County. G. At option of the County, Contractor will submit to County by the tenth (10th) day of the month following the month services were provided supplemental statistical information in format specified by County.

  • Alcohol and Drug Testing Employee agrees to comply with and submit to any Company program or policy for testing for alcohol abuse or use of drugs and, in the absence of such a program or policy, to submit to such testing as may be required by Company and administered in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

  • Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace City reserves the right to deny access to, or require Contractor to remove from, City facilities personnel of any Contractor or subcontractor who City has reasonable grounds to believe has engaged in alcohol abuse or illegal drug activity which in any way impairs City's ability to maintain safe work facilities or to protect the health and well-being of City employees and the general public. City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities. Illegal drug activity means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, purchasing, using or being under the influence of illegal drugs or other controlled substances for which the individual lacks a valid prescription. Alcohol abuse means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, or using alcoholic beverages, or being under the influence of alcohol.

  • Alcohol and Drugs Service Provider agrees that the presence of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the Work Site and while performing their Services. If the Service Provider or any of their agents, employees, or subcontractors are determined to be present or with alcohol or drugs in their possession, this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • National Treatment and Most-favoured-nation Treatment (1) Each Contracting Party shall accord to investments of investors of the other Contracting Party, treatment which shall not be less favourable than that accorded either to investments of its own or investments of investors of any third State.   • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.

  • FDA As to each product subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended, and the regulations thereunder (“FDCA”) that is manufactured, packaged, labeled, tested, distributed, sold, and/or marketed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (each such product, a “Pharmaceutical Product”), such Pharmaceutical Product is being manufactured, packaged, labeled, tested, distributed, sold and/or marketed by the Company in compliance with all applicable requirements under FDCA and similar laws, rules and regulations relating to registration, investigational use, premarket clearance, licensure, or application approval, good manufacturing practices, good laboratory practices, good clinical practices, product listing, quotas, labeling, advertising, record keeping and filing of reports, except where the failure to be in compliance would not have a Material Adverse Effect. There is no pending, completed or, to the Company's knowledge, threatened, action (including any lawsuit, arbitration, or legal or administrative or regulatory proceeding, charge, complaint, or investigation) against the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, and none of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has received any notice, warning letter or other communication from the FDA or any other governmental entity, which (i) contests the premarket clearance, licensure, registration, or approval of, the uses of, the distribution of, the manufacturing or packaging of, the testing of, the sale of, or the labeling and promotion of any Pharmaceutical Product, (ii) withdraws its approval of, requests the recall, suspension, or seizure of, or withdraws or orders the withdrawal of advertising or sales promotional materials relating to, any Pharmaceutical Product, (iii) imposes a clinical hold on any clinical investigation by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (iv) enjoins production at any facility of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (v) enters or proposes to enter into a consent decree of permanent injunction with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or (vi) otherwise alleges any violation of any laws, rules or regulations by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, and which, either individually or in the aggregate, would have a Material Adverse Effect. The properties, business and operations of the Company have been and are being conducted in all material respects in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the FDA. The Company has not been informed by the FDA that the FDA will prohibit the marketing, sale, license or use in the United States of any product proposed to be developed, produced or marketed by the Company nor has the FDA expressed any concern as to approving or clearing for marketing any product being developed or proposed to be developed by the Company.

  • Substance Abuse Treatment Information Substance abuse treatment information shall be maintained in compliance with 42 C.F.R. Part 2 if the Party or subcontractor(s) are Part 2 covered programs, or if substance abuse treatment information is received from a Part 2 covered program by the Party or subcontractor(s).
