Duration of Insurance. The duration of the insurance is stated in the insurance contract. The insurance will be automatically renewed on the renewal date, unless otherwise stated in the insurance contract.
Duration of Insurance. Upon termination of employment of benefit eligible employees, medical, dental and life coverage continues to the end of the month in which termination occurs. Disability and flex coverage terminates on the last worked. Upon termination of employment, full- time and part-time employees shall have such rights of conversion or continuation of coverage as provided by law or the insurance contracts.

Duration of Insurance. Participation: An employee is eligible for participation as provided in this Article as long as the employee is employed by the School District. Upon termination of employment, participation shall cease, effective on the last working day, subject to statutory and insurance company regulations. Employees who are receiving a PERA disability benefit or are receiving an annuity from PERA or have satisfied the age and service requirements and are eligible to receive an annuity from PERA may remain on the District’s health insurance plan until eligible for Medicare. Subd. 1. An employee who becomes disabled and is permanently unable to work is eligible to continue to participate in the district’s health insurance plan as per Minnesota Statute. The employee is responsible for the premiums.
Duration of Insurance. Under these Additional Terms and Conditions, the in- surance period for total permanent disability is the same as the insurance period for accident insurance, under Genaral Terms and Conditions.
