Duration of Insurance. The duration of the insurance is stated in the insurance contract. The insurance will be automatically renewed on the renewal date, unless otherwise stated in the insurance contract.

Duration of Insurance. An employee is eligible for Board contributions as provided in this Article as long as the employee is employed by Independent School District No. 622. Upon termination of employment, all Board participation and contribution shall cease, effective on the last working day, except as provided in Article XV.

The Health Services Manager must ensure that each of the insurances required by clause 57.1 is maintained from the Commencement Date until the earlier of the performance of all Health Services or the termination of this Contract, except for medical malpractice and professional indemnity insurance which must be maintained for at least fifteen years following the completion of all Health Services.

Duration of Insurance. The insurance referred to in Article 14 and in this Article 15 shall be effected before the Project is commenced. The builder's risk insurance shall be maintained effective until the Date of Substantial Project Completion of the Project. The general liability and workers' compensation insurance shall be maintained throughout the period during which Westfield and/or any of its Contractors are performing work on the Project.
