Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday: A. A Full-Time or Part-Time Nurse who is regularly scheduled to work on a recognized Holiday shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times (1.5 x) the Nurse’s regular rate of pay; or B. A Nurse who works overtime (as defined in Article 7.07) on a recognized Holiday shall be paid at the rate of two times (2 x) the Nurse’s regular rate of pay for the overtime worked.
Night Shift Premium All hours worked by an employee between ten (10:00) p.m. and seven (7:00) a.m. shall be considered as shift work and paid for at the applicable straight time/overtime rate plus two ($2.00) dollars per hour shift premium for each full hour worked during this period. Night-shift premium shall not be added to the employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime pay.
Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.
Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.
Premium Payments If an employee with at least three years of service in the employ of the Shaker Heights Board of Education should exhaust his/her sick leave within the time specifications of this contract and is granted a leave of absence by the Board, the Board shall continue to pay his/her premiums in accordance with his/her work assignment for the following fringe benefits for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. The payment of such premiums will cease on the effective date an employee retires, resigns, goes on disability retirement or his/her contract is terminated. 1. PPO medical coverage 2. Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.
Monthly Base Rent With respect to any Payment Date and any Lease Vehicle (other than a Lease Vehicle with respect to which the Disposition Date occurred during such Related Month), the “Monthly Base Rent” with respect to such Lease Vehicle for such Payment Date shall equal the pro rata portion (based upon the number of days in the Related Month with respect to such Payment Date that were included in the Vehicle Term for such Lease Vehicle) of the Depreciation Charge for such Lease Vehicle as of the last day of such Related Month calculated on a 30/360 day basis.
Shift Premium Full-Time and Part-Time Employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between 1500 and 0700 hours.
Short Changeover Premium (a) If shifts are scheduled so that there are not 24 hours between the start of an employee's shift and the start of their next shift, a premium calculated at the overtime rates will be paid for hours worked on the succeeding shift within the 24-hour period. (b) Where an employee exercises seniority rights to work shifts, one of which falls within the 24-hour period from the start of the previous shift, the employee shall not be entitled to claim the premium rate referred to in (a) above.
