Common use of Educational Allowances Clause in Contracts

Educational Allowances. The Employer shall pay the cost of an academic or technical course which has been approved by the Employer. If an employee's application for approval is denied, the employee shall be given the reason(s) in writing. If assistance is granted, payment shall be made after evidence of successful completion of the course is submitted.
