Educational Lanes. Employees on the regular salary schedule who move from one educational lane to a higher educational lane shall move to the corresponding eligible step on the higher lane. For an employee to advance from one educational lane to another, the employee shall file a grade report or a statement signed by the employee that the course has been completed with the Superintendent no later than the first day of the school year, and an official transcript of approved educational credit shall be filed no later than forty-five (45) days after the beginning of the school year, and pay adjustments shall be retroactive to the beginning of the same school year.

Staff members are required to notify the office of the move across the schedule. For an employee to advance from one to a higher educational lane to anotherlane, the employee he shall file a grade report or a statement signed by the employee that the course has been completed suitable evidence of additional educational credit with the Superintendent superintendent no later than the first day of the school year, and an official transcript of approved educational credit shall be filed no later than forty-five ten (4510) days after the beginning of the school year, and pay adjustments shall be retroactive to the beginning of the same each school year.
