License Fee Individuals not affiliated with a Member Institution who are physically present at Member Institution sites set out in Schedule 1 shall be dèemed to be Authorized Users under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Provided that you do not circumvent any features or functionality of the Product, you and your Authorized Users may include durable links to articles or other works (or portions thereof) contained in the Product in electronic reserves systems, online course packs and/or intranet sites so long as access to such materials are limited to Authorized Users. For clarity, you may not otherwise enable access to use of the Product by or for the benefit of any non-subscribing, unauthorized school, library, organization, or user.
