Elementary and Secondary Schools. For each one (1) FTE IEP student above four (4), the District will provide, $6 per FTE student per day, prorated per period for middle and high school. Both elementary and secondary IEP students shall be measured on October 1, January 1, March 1, and May 1. Staff eligible for overload pay shall be paid once for each quarter based on those measurements. Compensation will be retroactive to the beginning of the quarter.

Elementary and Secondary Schools. A series of curriculum meetings will be developed and scheduled as the need arises by the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services in consultation with the Professional Relations Committee. Elementary buildings will be given four (4) additional half-days to be used to meet building needs. The time and content of these half-days will be determined by the individual elementary site-based/school improvement committees in consultation with the Instructions Office.
Elementary and Secondary Schools. One thousand eight hundred dollars ($1,800) will be available annually for each principal and one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) will be available annually for each assistant principal. These dollars may be used for professional development, professional materials (including technology as long as it meets the district guidelines regarding purchase and use of technology), and/or to pay for substitutes to release administrators to complete evaluations. These dollars may carryover and accumulate for one year.
