Elementary School Administrative Assistants. Effective September 1, 2008 to September 1, 2009 Enrolment Administrative Assistant Hours FTE (based on 35 hrs/wk) 0 – 450.5 35 1.00 451- 650.5 52.5 1.50 651- 900.5 70 2.00 901 87.5 2.50 The first 35 hours of administrative assistant time will be based on the assignment of an Administrative Assistant – Lead (Elementary). Any additional hours above 35 will be assigned as an Administrative Assistant (Elementary) position. In addition to the formula above, schools with an enrolment between 351 and 450.5 will be provided with 35 hours of overtime per school year to be assigned by the supervisor. Effective September 1, 2009 to August 31, 2012 Enrolment Administrative Assistant Hours FTE (based on 35 hrs/wk) 0 – 450.5 35 1.00 451- 600.5 52.5 1.50 601- 900.5 70 2.00 901 87.5 2.50 The first 35 hours of administrative assistant time will be based on the assignment of an Administrative Assistant – Lead (Elementary). Any additional hours above 35 will be assigned as an Administrative Assistant (Elementary) position. In addition to the formula above, schools with an enrolment between 275 and 350.5 will be provided with 35 hours of overtime per school year to be assigned by the supervisor. In addition to the formula above, schools with an enrolment between 351 and 450.5 will be provided with 45 hours of overtime per school year to be assigned by the supervisor. Effective September 1, 2009, Administrative Assistant – Lead (Elementary) will work a 43 week work year with one additional week added to the end of the school year.

All Education Assistants employed by the Board to assist teachers in carrying out their responsibilities and duties under the School Act and Regulations shall be assigned to classes and/or students by the Principal and shall be assigned specific duties by the teacher during the designated periods of time.

  • Educational Assistants Teachers are responsible to assign instructional duties to Educational Assistants who are allocated to students in their classroom by the Principal.

  • Paraeducators A Paraeducator who has successfully completed a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days. The term Paraeducators shall include all Paraeducators as defined in Appendix B. Paraeducators will work a 186-day contract, 7½ hours per day and receive four (4) paid holidays unless otherwise specified.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessments Xxxx shall provide reasonable assistance to Client with any data protection impact assessments, and prior consultations with a Supervisory Authority, required under Data Protection Laws, in each case solely in relation to Processing of Personal Data by, and taking into account the nature of the Processing and information available to, Xxxx.

  • Education Assistance The lay-off may be eligible to apply for this option if:

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Professional and Education Leaves (a) Leave of absence with pay or without pay may be granted to employees to attend professional and educational meetings, courses, or other events which may be judged beneficial to the employee's professional development, especially as it relates to her responsibilities with the Employer.
