Library CONTRACTOR shall provide an inmate law library in compliance with Rule 33-501.301, F.A.C., FDC’s Policy 501.301, and ACA Standards.
New Technology When new technology is introduced into a workplace, it will be the responsibility of the employer to provide appropriate training to the employees directly affected. Such training will include any health and safety implications or information that will enable employees to operate the equipment without discomfort and will help maintain their general well-being.
Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.
Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.
THE WORKS 3.1 The Contractor undertakes to execute the Works in a proper and workmanlike manner against payment of the Contract Price referred to in clause 4 of this Agreement.
Curriculum Work The rate of pay for non-released time for curriculum work shall be determined by dividing the appropriate Bachelor’s degree beginning salary by one hundred eighty-six (186) days. (Effective beginning with the 2004-2005 school year, divide by one hundred eighty-five (185) days.) Summer curriculum work shall be authorized by the Superintendent and supplemental contracts shall be issued for the performance of summer curriculum work.
Contractor's care of the Works The Contractor shall bear full risk in, and take full responsibility for, the care of the Works, and of the Materials, goods and equipment for incorporation therein, from the Appointed Date until the date of Completion Certificate, save and except to the extent that any such loss or damage shall have arisen from any wilful default or gross neglect of the Authority.
