Emergency Service Order. The Contractor shall perform emergency service order work to ensure requested services are completed within the specified response time, limits of liability and completion times. The Contractor shall perform emergency service orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the contract period. The Contractor shall respond to emergency service orders immediately, but in no case more than 45 minutes after receipt of call, with the appropriate service personnel and equipment to commence Emergency service orders are responded to within 45 minutes during regular working hours and within one hour outside of regular working hours, including local and US holidays. The Contractor shall remain at the work site until the emergency has been arrested and shall continue working to return the facilities, equipment, systems and other assets to normal working condition up to the limit of liability. The emergency service order is complete once the emergency has been arrested and any additional work necessary up to the limit of liability has been performed. The Government may issue a routine or project work order or non-recurring work task order for any required follow-on work.
