Employee Address and Telephone Number. Each employee is at all times responsible for having a correct address and telephone number on file with the Employer. All written notices shall be deemed to be properly filed if sent to the employee’s last address on file.

Employee Address and Telephone Number. ‌ Upon commencing employment, an employee must advise the Employer in writing of their address and telephone number. It shall be the duty of the employee to notify the Employer in writing promptly of any change in their address and/or telephone number. If an employee fails to do this, the Employer will not be responsible for failure of any notice to reach the employee.
