Employee Providing Tools Sample Clauses

The 'Employee Providing Tools' clause establishes that the employee is responsible for supplying their own equipment or tools necessary to perform their job duties. In practice, this means the employee must bring and maintain items such as laptops, specialized instruments, or other work-related materials, rather than relying on the employer to provide them.
