Employee - The term employee" as used in this Agreement refers to a full- time:
Employee - The term employee" as used in this Agreement shall mean any person, either male or female, employed in a classification included within the bargaining unit set forth in Article 2.
Employee - The term employee" as used in this Agreement may be either full-time, part-time, temporary, or freelance and is subject to the definitions, limitations and exclusions as defined in Article 2.3 full- time employees, 2.3.1 (i) Part-Time employees, 2.3.1
Employee - The term employee" as used in this Agreement refers to a bargaining unit member who is full-time, part-time probationary, permanent, temporary, intermittent or per diem employee.
Employee - The term employee" as used in this Article refers to a:
A. permanent employee
B. probationary employee
C. temporary employee who alleges that they have been directly wronged by a violation of a specific written CSU policy governing working conditions or work rules.
Employee - The term employee" as used in this Agreement shall mean any person, either male or female, employed in a classification included within the bargaining unit set forth in Article It shall further include any person employed in any new job or classification created in the future which the parties agree is to be included within the bargaining unit. If the parties are unable to agree, the Company may submit the matter to the Canada Industrial Relations Board for a decision. When the Company creates a new classification within the bargaining unit, the Company shall provide the Union with the following information in writing prior to the posting for the new classification:
Employee - The term. Employee" shall mean a journeyman or apprentice plumber, steamfitter, pipefitter, pipefitter-welder; refrigeration or air conditioning worker; housing division plumber and mechanical equipment serviceman; employed by an Employer engaged in the work set forth in Schedule A, which is a part of this Agreement.

Employee - The term employee" shall mean all persons employed by the school district in a position for which the person must be certified in the academic field by the State Board of Education including principals, associate principals, and assistant principals, devoting more than 50% of their time to administrative or supervisory duties; but excluding the following: superintendent, director of finance , executive director of educational services , director of human resources,, director of student services , director of community education, part-time and temporary employees.
