Employees Absent from Work. Employees absent from work for any reason will be charged with all overtime hours that they could have worked had they been at work at the time of the overtime opportunity, and the subsequent employee in rotation did work the overtime assignment. Employees absent from work on Company or Union business will be required to contact the Company about any overtime opportunities. If no contact is made, the overtime entitlement missed will be calculated against the employee affected.
