Employer Rules and Policies. Employees shall be governed by all rules adopted by the employer and published to employees on bulletin or notice boards, or by general distribution, provided such rules are not in conflict with this Agreement. Employees may be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement as a condition of employment.

Employer Rules and Policies. A copy of the Employer's current rules are attached to this agreement and form part of the conditions of employment. It is the duty of the Employee to understand and adhere to these rules. The Employee must observe and comply with all rules, policies and procedure in force, and failure to do so could result in disciplinary action or dismissal. The Employer is entitled from time to time to amend, cancel or introduce such rules, policies and procedures as it considers necessary and such amendments will take effect when notified to the Employee. As part of the Employees induction he will be provided with a copy of the ACOP and is expected to be familiar and comply with the Code.

  • Rules and Policies In addition to the terms and conditions contained herein, players acknowledge and agree that players shall be bound by and comply with all rules, regulations and policies established by SGM.
