Employment and Compensation The following terms and conditions will govern the Executive’s employment with the Company throughout the Term.
Terms of Employment 8.01 Terms and conditions of employment including wages, insured benefits and pension, vacation entitlement, sick leave and long term disability benefits of employees transferred as a result of an integration shall be addressed through the process set out under PSLRTA or the OLRA, if applicable.
