Employment Engagement and Termination. 16.1 On termination of employment by either the Employer or employee in accordance with the Award, the employee shall receive all Award and Agreement entitlements that are owing to the employee, on the last day of employment. If the Employer does not make available all the entitlements along with a Separation Certificate (if requested), paid employment will continue until such time all entitlements are paid, provided that this shall not apply in the case of a minor oversight or error which is corrected within 48 hours.

Employment Engagement and Termination. 16.1 On termination of employment by either the Employer or employee in accordance with the Part 2, the employee shall receive all entitlements that are contained in this agreement that are owing to the employee, on the last day of employment. When this is not achievable the entitlements will be paid no later than the following pay week. The employee will notify the employer of any outstanding entitlements they believe have not been paid. The Employer will make available a Separation Certificate (if requested).Thereafter where an employer deliberately withholds the entitlements owed to an employee, then paid employment will be deemed to have continued until such time as all entitlements that are owed, are paid to the employee .
Employment Engagement and Termination. (a) On termination of employment by either TD or an employee, TD shall effect the payment by electronic funds transfer of any entitlements under this Agreement that are owing to the employee, on the last day of employment provided that if the last day of employment is a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, on the next working day immediately following the termination. In the case of summary dismissal payment must effected within 24 hours of termination of employment. If TD does not effect payment all the entitlements along with a Separation Certificate, paid employment will continue until such time all entitlements are paid, provided that this shall not apply in the case of a minor oversight or error which is corrected within 48 hours.

  • Duration and Termination This Agreement shall become effective on July 21, 2015 and shall continue in effect until February 28, 2017, and thereafter, only if such continuance is approved at least annually by a vote of the Board, including the vote of a majority of the directors who are not parties to this Agreement or interested persons of any such party, cast in person, at a meeting called for the purpose of voting such approval. In addition, the question of continuance of this Agreement may be presented to the shareholders of the Portfolio; in such event, such continuance shall be effected only if approved by the affirmative vote of the holders of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Portfolio. Any notice under this Agreement shall be given in writing, addressed and delivered, or mailed post-paid, to the other party at any office of such party. As used in this Section, the terms “assignment,” “interested persons,” “voting securities,” and a “majority of the outstanding voting securities” shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2(a)(4), Section 2(a)(19), Section 2(a)(42) of the 1940 Act and Rule 18f-2 thereunder.

  • Contract Term and Termination 4.1. This Contract is concluded for 1 (one) year with the possibility of being automatically extended for new 1- year successive periods, under the same contractual conditions, unless any of the parties express their intention not to extend the Contract at least 30 days prior to its expiry.
