Engagement and Scope of Work. The Company engages the Contractor as an independent contractor to provide the following services: [Briefly describe the scope of work or specific projects].
Engagement and Scope of Work. The Able Trust hereby engages EMP Oakville in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
Engagement and Scope of Work. 2.1. Your employment with the Company shall commence as of the commencement date set forth in Appendix A (the “Commencement Date”) and shall continue for an unlimited period until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
2.2. You shall continue to serve in the Position and shall regularly report to the Innovid Corp’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).

You acknowledge that in light of your Position, status, duties, and responsibility, you shall be counted amongst those employees whose functions require a special degree of personal trust, and the conditions and circumstances of those employees do not facilitate the supervision of their work and rest hours as those expressions are defined in the Hours of Work and Rest Law 5711-1951 (the “Hours of Work and Rest Law”).
2.4. You shall perform your Position and provide services to the Company on the basis set forth in Appendix A (the “Scope of Work”). In general, a regular work week with the Company shall consist of forty-two (42) working hours (not including daily breaks), five (5) days per week, Sunday through Thursday. Saturday is the official rest day.
2.5. Per the requirement of the applicable law, you shall cooperate with the Company in maintaining a record of your working hours as coordinated between you and the Company.
2.6. For the avoidance of any doubt, you acknowledge and confirm that pursuant to your Position, according to the Company’s needs, you may be required to perform on-call duties, travel, flights, and stay abroad as part of your duties (including when done outside of the regular working hours and days), for no additional consideration, except for reimbursement of business expenses according to the Company’s policy.
Engagement and Scope of Work. In consideration of the compensation set out in the Work Order Agreement, Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, services, supervision and facilities and to provide and do everything else necessary to complete the Work.

[Contract Attorney] will safeguard the confidentiality of any materials provided by [Attorney Client] related to any of her clients.
Engagement and Scope of Work. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Services Agreement, ASA hereby engages MAS, and MAS hereby accepts such engagement, to provide those services (the "Services") described in Appendix A. MAS hereby agrees to provide Services in accordance with its current practices, which it hereby represents are in accord with industry standards and practices. When requesting Services, ASA shall provide MAS with written instructions on the Services to be provided and access to updated Mondial Assistance networks information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ASA is not under any obligation whatsoever to request any Services from MAS, and ASA shall not be prohibited from obtaining similar services for ASA from a service provider other than MAS. In the event that ASA decides to engage another service provider to handle the cases currently treated by MAS, ASA will give MAS a 90 days' written notice prior to the transfer. It is further understood that MAS is under no obligation to provide Service above reasonable levels of support or beyond the reasonable capacity of its personnel as existed as of March 8, 1999.
1.2 In addition to the Services, MAS will provide administrative offices and support to ASA as specified in Appendix C.

Consultant shall perform all services in accordance with (a) the highest professional standards and practices prevailing in San Benito County, California, (b) all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and (c) in compliance with any of Client’s policies and procedures applicable to independent contractors and delivered in writing to Consultant at the time that Client executes this Agreement. Scope of Services to include: • Set up Meetings: At the top of the list of items we would aid in is lining up closed-door meetings with mayors, City Council members, city planners, commissioners and department heads. • Real Estate: Work with your development director on recommendations for real estate acquisitions or leases. • Obtain Local Approvals: Secure meetings with city planning and all local officials to get special use permit or conditional use permit as needed for operations.
