ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT. A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for each session that your child will attend care. The deposit reserves a place for your child for the program session. Deposits are applied to session fees.
ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT. An enrollment deposit of $400 must be submitted by all incoming (new, first-time first year) students to reserve their place in the class. This enrollment deposit also holds a space for first-time first-year students in campus housing. If the Office of Admissions receives written notification of cancellation from an incoming (new, first-time first year) student for Fall Semester that is postmarked May 1 or earlier the enrollment deposit will be refunded. Cancellations postmarked after May 1 and prior to the first Friday of class in the Fall semester will result in the forfeiture of the $400 enrollment deposit. Transfer students may place a $200 housing deposit with the Office of Admissions and request on-campus housing. The $200 is applied as a credit to a student account in the first term of enrollment. If the Office of Admissions receives written notification of cancellation from a transfer student for fall semester that is postmarked by August 1 the $200 housing deposit will be refunded. Cancellations for transfer students postmarked after August 1 will result in a forfeiture of the $200 housing deposit.
ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT. The School requires a $50 application fee and $300 non-refundable tuition deposit (“Deposit”) to reserve a spot for the student in the 2024-2025 school year. The Deposit is credited towards payment of tuition for the 2024-2025 school year.
ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT. This deposit, when paid in full, reserves a slot in the school for the student for the 2023-2024 school year, only if all financial obligations from any prior year have been paid and payments for the present school year are current. The reservation will be cancelled if the above named student has not attended class or communicated with the school by August 10, 2023. • RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT: The school will withhold student grade reports, student transcripts, diplomas, or recommendations if specified tuition and fees are not paid when due. In addition, the school reserves the right not to permit a student to attend a class if tuition and fees are in arrears.
ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT. An enrollment deposit of 1 month’s fee must be received by BCS with the original enrollment contract, signed by the parent/guardian prior to the child’s acceptance into the BCS Atlantic Avenue Early Learning Center.
