Term of Enrollment. Participating Customers shall remain enrolled in the Aggregation Program until the Participating Customer exercises the right to opt-out, or they otherwise terminate their participation in the Aggregation Program, their participation in the Aggregation Program is terminated by the Governmental Aggregator, their Full Requirements Retail Electric Supply is lawfully terminated by Supplier or the EDU, or their electric service is terminated by the EDU or until this Aggregation Program is terminated, whichever occurs first.
Term of Enrollment. The Term of Enrollment shall be a period of twelve (12) consecutive months for all MiSalud Enrollees, except that in cases in which the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program has designated an eligibility redetermination period shorter than twelve months for an Enrollee who is a Medicaid or CHIP Eligible Person or a member of the Commonwealth Population, that same period shall also be considered the Enrollee’s Term of Enrollment. Such a shortened eligibility redetermination period may apply, in the discretion of the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program, when an Enrollee is pregnant, is homeless, or anticipates a change in status (such as receipt of unemployment benefits) or in family composition. Notwithstanding this Section, Section 4.5 of this Contract controls the Effective Date of Disenrollment.
Term of Enrollment. Participating Customers who do not opt out of the Program shall be enrolled in the Program by the Supplier, and shall remain enrolled in the Program until the end of the Term, unless the Agreement is terminated pursuant to its terms or the Participating Customer withdraws from the Program pursuant to Section 4.3.6 of this Agreement.
Term of Enrollment. Members shall remain enrolled in the Aggregation Program until the Member exercises the right to opt-out, or they otherwise terminate their participation in the Aggregation Program, their participation in the Aggregation is terminated by Aggregator, their participation in the Aggregation Program is terminated by Supplier or the Utility, or until this Aggregation Program is terminated, whichever occurs first.

Such a shortened eligibility period may apply, at the discretion of the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program, when an Enrollee is pregnant, is homeless, or anticipates a change in status (such as receipt of unemployment benefits or in family composition). Notwithstanding this Section, Section 5.3.3 controls the Effective Date of Disenrollment.

The Term of Enrollment with Contractor shall be a period of twelve (12) consecutive months for all GHP Enrollees, unless a different contractor is selected during the applicable Open Enrollment Period described in Section 5.2.5, and except in cases in which the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program has designated an eligibility period shorter than twelve (12) months for an Enrollee who is a Medicaid or CHIP Eligible or a member of the State Population, in which case that same period shall also be considered the Enrollee’s Term of Enrollment. Such a shortened eligibility period may apply, at the discretion of the Puerto Rico Medicaid Program, when an Enrollee is pregnant, is homeless, or anticipates a change in status (such as receipt of unemployment benefits or in family composition). Notwithstanding this Section, Section 5.3.3 controls the Effective Date of Disenrollment. Deemed Newborns have a Term of Enrollment of up to thirteen (13) months. Pregnant Enrollees with a Term of Enrollment that expires during pregnancy or within sixty (60) Calendar Days of the post-partum period shall have an extended Term of Enrollment that expires on the last day of the month after sixty (60) Calendar days counted from the beginning of the post-partum period. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 5.2, and notwithstanding the Term of Enrollment provided in Section 5.2.3, Enrollees shall remain enrolled in the Contractor’s Plan until the occurrence of an event listed in Section 5.3 (Disenrollment).
Term of Enrollment. This Tuition and Enrollment Agreement is for the September 2014 through June 2015 academic year only. A new Tuition and Enrollment Agreement must be entered into for each subsequent academic year. This Agreement is of no force and effect until signed in duplicate by PARENTS and accepted in writing by the SCHOOL.
Term of Enrollment. Vendor warrants that it will enroll Eligible Customers to start flowing as of the beginning of the Term. As provided for in the Terms of Service, Participating Customers shall remain enrolled in the Aggregation Program until the Participating Customer exercises the right to opt-out, or they otherwise terminate their participation in the Aggregation Program, their Retail Electric Supply is terminated by Vendor or the Electric Utility, or their electric service is terminated by the Electric Utility, whichever occurs first. In any case, the supply shall occur for the Term as contracted.
Term of Enrollment. Vendor warrants that it will enroll the customers within thirty (30) calendar days of the Government Aggregator providing lists of Eligible Customers’ account information to Vendor. As provided for in the Terms of Service, Participating Customers shall remain enrolled in the Aggregation Program until the Participating Customer exercises the right to opt-out, or they otherwise terminate their participation in the Aggregation Program, their Retail Electric Supply is terminated by Vendor or the Electric Utility, or their electric service is terminated by the Electric Utility, whichever occurs first. In any case, the supply shall occur for the Term as contracted. Interaction Between Termination Dates of this Agreement and Contracts with the Participating Customer. Participating Customers initially enrolled in the Aggregation Program shall receive Retail Electric Supply at the rate(s) set forth in this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated prior to the end of the Term due to a Regulatory Event, then Retail Electric Supply will terminate early and the Participating Customers will be switched to the applicable tariffed services provided by the Electric Utility as required by 220 ILCS 5/16-103 and defined by its rates on file with the ICC pursuant to 220 ILCS 5/Art. IX. ("Tariffed Service") in accordance with the standard switching rules and applicable notices. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to the terms of Article 5, the Retail Electric Supply will terminate early, and the Participating Customers may choose another ARES Provider or will be switched to Tariffed Service in accordance with the standard switching rules and applicable notices. If this Agreement is terminated prior to the end of the Term pursuant to Article 5 and a Participating Customer has not selected another supplier, such Participating Customer will be switched to Tariffed Service from its Electric Utility.
