Regulations and Permits. Manager shall comply in all respects with any statute, ordinance, law, rule, regulation or order of any governmental or regulatory body pertaining to the Property (collectively, "Laws"), respecting the use of the Property or the maintenance or operation thereof, the non-compliance with which could reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on Owner or any Property. Manager shall apply for and obtain and maintain, on behalf of Owner, all licenses and permits required or advisable (in the reasonable judgment of Manager) in connection with the management and operation of the Property. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Manager shall be permitted to contest any Applicable Laws to the extent and pursuant to the same conditions that Owner is permitted to contest any Laws. To the extent that Manager does not comply, Manager will be responsible for the costs and penalties incurred as a result of the non-compliance.
Regulations and Permits. U-Haul shall comply in all material respects with any statute, ordinance, law, rule, regulation or order of any governmental or regulatory body, having jurisdiction over the Property, respecting the use of the Property or the maintenance or operation thereof. U-Haul shall apply for and attempt to obtain and maintain, on behalf of Owner, all licenses and permits required or advisable (in the sole judgment of U-Haul) in connection with the management and operation of the Property.
Regulations and Permits. The Lessor shall comply with all requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry (L&I) pertaining to fire, safety, and other hazards. Requirements of all laws, rules, regulations, and zoning permits; use and/or occupancy requirements, and fees, if any, (including any annual sign fees) of city, township, borough, county and state departments shall be the responsibility of the Lessor. All phases of preparation shall be followed and all work carried out in strict accordance with such requirements, even though each item involved not be necessarily specified herein or shown on the Drawings. The Lessor shall comply with all requirements of Pennsylvania’s statewide building code, generally known as the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) 2009, including all subsequent amendments, as well as all applicable state and federal codes and regulations pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), latest adopted editions.
Regulations and Permits. Purchaser shall obtain and maintain in force all permits, licenses, and authorizations necessary for the conduct of its authorized use of the Property, and Purchaser shall provide copies of such permits, licenses and other authorizations to the University at least TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS in advance of commencing operations on the Property. Purchaser shall, at its own expense, comply with all laws, orders, ordinances and regulations of federal, state or local authorities now or hereafter in effect during the Term, and with any lawful direction of any public officer in the conduct of its business on the Property.
Regulations and Permits. The supplier states to be familiar with any regulations set by the government, in so far as these apply to the execution of the agreements between client and principal, and between client and supplier, in relation to the therein recorded.
Regulations and Permits. 4.1 CONTRACTOR shall execute the Project in accordance with applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and permits. CONTRACTOR shall be solely liable for paying at his expense any fine or penalty imposed as a consequence of any violation to said provisions. If any Mexican authority orders the correction of any portion or the entire Project, due to violation of any law, ordinance, regulation or permit, CONTRACTOR shall correct such deficiency at its own expense and shall bear all costs and expenditures.
4.2 All government and non-government permits, licenses, and authorizations that are required for the Work to be performed on the Site as provided for in section 1.9 herein, shall be secured and paid for by CLIENT.
4.3 If during the term of performance of Work any changes or amendments to the current regulations should occur, the parties bind themselves to carry out a detailed review of the changes and amendments and their impact on the scope of Work, to bring the Work compliant with the new regulations. CLIENT shall decide whether such changes are applicable, if the above review corresponding report stated that the changes had to be done, and in that case, CONTRACTOR is bound to implement the required changes at CLIENT’S expense. Nevertheless, CONTRACTOR shall not carry out the above changes until the parties have reached a written agreement about the cost for such changes. This shall be understood as a cause for early termination of the Agreement herein, without any liability for CONTRACTOR or CLIENT.
Regulations and Permits. The Contractor shall give all notices required by law and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations relating to the conduct of the work and as required in the related industry, including without limitation laws specific to institutions of higher education, such as (and again without limitation): Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, FERPA, Clery Act, as well as FCRA, FACTA and the GDPR. The Contractor shall be liable for all violations of the law in connection with work furnished by the Contractor, including the Contractor's subcontractors, if any.

CSM shall use its best efforts to cause all things to be done on behalf of, in the name of and for the account of the Partnership on the Properties necessary to comply with any statute, ordinance, law, rule, regulation or order of any governmental or regulatory body having jurisdiction over the Properties with respect to the use of the Properties or the construction, maintenance, or operation thereof, and with all orders and requirements of the local Board of Fire Underwriters or any other body which may hereafter exercise similar functions. CSM shall cause the Partnership to apply for and attempt to obtain and maintain on behalf of, in the name of and for the account of the Partnership all licenses and permits required or advisable (in CSM's sole judgment) in connection with the management and operation of the Properties.
Regulations and Permits. Shurgard shall use its best efforts to cause all things to be done, on behalf, in the name and for the account of the Company and/or the Subsidiaries, on the Properties necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulation, having jurisdiction over the Properties, respecting the use of the Properties or the maintenance or operation thereof. Shurgard shall cause the Company and/or the Subsidiaries to apply for and use its best efforts to obtain and maintain, on behalf, in the name and for the account of the Company and/or the Subsidiaries, all licenses and permits required in connection with the operation of the Properties.
