EPA Committee. 1. For the purposes of implementing this Agreement, an EPA Committee will be established within 3 months from the date of signature of this Agreement.
2. The Parties agree that the composition, organisation and operation of this EPA Committee will respect the principle of equality. The Committee will determine its organisation and functioning rules.
3. The EPA Committee is responsible for the administration in all fields covered by this Agreement and the achievement of all tasks mentioned in this Agreement.
4. In order to ease communication and ensure an effective implementation of the present Agreement, each Party will designate a focal point within the Committee.
5. The EPA Committee meetings may be open to third parties. ECOWAS Commission may be invited to the EPA Committee meetings, according to its internal procedures.

4. In order to facilitate communication and ensure the effective implementation of this Agreement, each Party shall designate a correspondent within the EPA Committee.
5. The EPA Committee meetings may be open to third parties. The West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) and ECOWAS Commissions may be invited to the EPA Committee meetings, in accordance with their internal procedures.
EPA Committee. 1. An EPA Committee is hereby established.
2. The EPA Committee shall be responsible for the administration of all matters under this Agreement including development cooperation as provided for under article 53 and for the fulfilment of any of the tasks mentioned in this Agreement.
3. The EPA Committee shall be composed of representatives of the Parties. Each Party determines the organisation of its representation.
4. The EPA Committee shall adopt its rules of procedure within three months of entry into force of the interim agreement.
EPA Committee. 1. To implement this Agreement, an EPA Committee shall hereby be set up.
2. The EPA Committee shall be composed of representatives of the Parties. Each Party determines the organisation of its representation.
3. The EPA Committee shall determine the rules governing its organisation and operation.
4. Except as otherwise provided for in paragraph 5 of this Article, the EPA Committee shall be responsible for the administration of all areas covered by this Agreement and for the completion of all tasks referred to in this Agreement.
5. The EPA Committee shall not be responsible for dialogue, consultations held or measures taken (as referred to in Annex IV) relating to the essential and fundamental elements of this Agreement.
6. The EPA Committee shall reach its decisions by consensus.
7. Inorder to facilitate communication and ensure the effective implementation of this Agreement, each Party shall designate a focal point.
8. Any decisions adopted by the EPA Committee established by the EU-Central Africa iEPA before that Agreement ceased to apply to the UK shall, to the extent those decisions relate to the Parties to this Agreement and unless the Parties agree otherwise, be deemed to have been adopted, mutatis mutandis, by the EPA Committee which the Parties establish under paragraph 1 of this Article.
9. In this Article, a reference to decisions adopted by the "EPA Committee established by the EU-Central Africa EPA" shall be understood as also including decisions adopted by any special committees or bodies established by that Committee.
10. Nothing in paragraph 8 prevents the EPA Committee established by this Agreement from making decisions which are different to, modify, revoke or supersede the decisions deemed to have been adopted under that paragraph.
EPA Committee. 1. an EPa Committee is hereby established. inconsistency between provisions of WTO agreements or decisions of WTO bodies or Committees on the one part and provisions of this agreement, the latter shall always prevail in respect of Signatory ESa States who are not members of the WTO.
