Equal Opportunity and Fair Housing. In accordance with 24 CFR 92.350 and 92.351, no person shall on the ground of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or age be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any Program activity funded in whole or in part from HOME funds.   • EQUAL HOUSING If the Tenant possesses any mental or physical impairment, the Landlord shall provide reasonable modifications to the Premises unless the modifications would be too difficult or expensive for the Landlord to provide. Any impairment(s) of the Tenant are encouraged to be provided and presented to the Landlord in writing in order to seek the most appropriate route for providing the modifications to the Premises.

  • Fair Housing The Agency is committed to compliance with all laws as well as the philosophy of fair housing for all people. The Agency will present the Property to all prospective Buyers in compliance with local, State, and Federal Fair Housing laws against discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, age, marital status and/or familial status, children, or other prohibited factors.
